ADJUSTABLE SPAN TINE PALLET JACK
A pallet jack includes a base and a pair of tines extending from the base. The pair of tines including a first tine and a second tine. A load wheel supports an outer end of each of the pair of tines. Each load wheel is configured to move toward and away from the respective tine to raise the tine off a floor on which the load wheel is supported. The first tine including a support surface configured to selectively be a lowermost surface of the tine to facilitate lateral displacement of the first tine.
POWERED SLED
A pallet sled includes a base and a pair of tines extending from the base. A load wheel supports outer ends of each of the tines. A wheel supports the base. At least one motor is configured to drive the base wheel or at least one of the load wheels for driving the pallet sled. The motor may be a hub motor inside the base wheel or the load wheel.
Container Transporter and Methods
A container transporter systems, vehicle, and methods are disclosed. The container transporter can be automatically or manually controlled allowing for ease of use in moving a coupled container. The container transporter can be used with virtually any container, such as a refuse container. The automatic movement of the container transporter can assist users with time constrains or physical constraints in moving their refuse for pickup.
PALLET AND HANDTRUCK
An improved material transport system comprising a pallet with an integrated conveyor belt and a powered handtruck operative to move and configure the pallet for loading, transport and unloading. A lift bar on the handtruck has a lower position, wherein the handtruck is used to transport the pallet on a ground surface, and an upper position wherein the rear end of the pallet is lifted to unload material from the conveyor belt to the ground surface. The weight of material on the conveyor belt may cause the material to be unloaded due to gravity, or the belt may be electrically powered. Alternatively, the pallet may include a drive wheel that contacts the ground surface. The drive wheel is mechanically coupled to the front roller of the conveyor belt, causing the belt to move and unload the material onto a ground surface when the handtruck and pallet are moved rearwardly.
Pallet carrier
The present invention provides a pallet carrier, comprising a carrier frame structure; a fork structure disposed on the carrier frame structure; a driving wheel structure comprising driving wheels that are articulated to the carrier frame structure, wherein each one of the driving wheels is set as a one-piece wheel structure integrated with a driving motor and a hub. The pallet carrier has the advantages of simple structure and work reliability.
LIFT AND PALLET
A pallet lift includes a pair of outer tines movable between an expanded position spaced outward away from inner tines and a retracted position adjacent the inner tines. The inner and outer tines are supported by wheels at locations spaced away from the lift mechanism. A pallet includes a plurality of nestable feet that open outwardly of the pallet to reduce the footprint. A second pallet includes a side wall extending downward from side edges of the pallet to define an opening adjacent outer feet.
Load centering devices and methods for a material handling vehicle
Load centering devices and methods for a material handling vehicle are provided. In particular, load centering devices and methods are provided that enable a load to be centered with respect to load carrying forks on a material handling vehicle when the load is raised and/or lowered by the forks.
Magnetic carrying platform
A magnetic frame mechanism including an outer frame, first drop center wheels, first brackets, a permanent magnet block. The outer frame includes a face plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate. The first side plate and the second side plate are vertically fixed on two ends of the face plate, respectively. The permanent magnet block is sandwiched between the first side plate and the second side plate. The first side plate and the second side plate include guide structures, and the guide structures include first guide rails. The first drop center wheels are fixed on the inner side of the face plate via the first brackets, respectively. The platform mechanism includes a platform plate, four magnetic travelling wheels, four second brackets, a second guide rail disposed on the surface of the platform plate, and a tension spring.
Lockable fork systems and methods for industrial vehicles
A battery box and fork system for a vehicle having a first fork and a second fork configured to support one or more pallets positioned along a length of the first fork and the second fork. The first fork and the second fork are each independently lockable at their heel ends to a battery box.
