PALLET SLED
20210053602 · 2021-02-25 ·

A pallet sled includes a lower frame and an upper frame. A plurality of pivot arms pivotably connect the upper frame to the lower frame. The upper frame is movable between a lowered position and raised position. The upper frame is spaced further from the lower frame in the raised position than in the lowered position. The upper frame is rotated slightly relative to the lower frame when moved from the lowered position to the raised position. In the example embodiment, the upper frame is rotated approximately 1.5 degrees to approximately 2.0 degrees toward the upright handle of the pallet sled.

The prime mover is supported by the support frame. The prime mover drives the drive wheel. The support frame and at least one member form a pivot unit. The at least one member pivots together with the support frame. The pivot unit has a center of gravity disposed on the opposite side of the pivot axis with respect to the drive wheel.

Pallet truck
10899375 · 2021-01-26 · ·

A pallet truck comprises a rolling frame (10) and at least one force sensor (51, 52) for registering and generating as electronic output signal a loading of a load platform (20). The force sensor is coupled to electronic processing means for receiving and processing the output signal, and display means (65) are provided for generating a visual weight indication. At least a part of the processing means is accommodated together with a first electronic power supply in a first housing (50) forming part of the frame (10). The display means (65) are arranged together with a second electronic power supply in a second housing (60) on or close to a handle (45) of an operating arm. A wired first connection (56) is provided between the force sensor (51, 52) and the processing means. Telecommunication means are provided for establishing and maintaining a wireless second connection (57) between the first housing (50) and the second housing (60).

Pneumatic Cylinder Actuated Pallet Jack Assembly
20200398881 · 2020-12-24 ·

A pneumatic cylinder actuated pallet jack assembly for mechanically lifting and lower a pallet includes a pallet jack, a plurality of pneumatic cylinders, and a compressor. The forks of the pallet jack are slidably coupled to a frame of the pallet jack. Each of a pair of rear rollers that is coupled to a respective fork distal from the frame and a roller module that is slidably coupled to the frame are selectively vertically positionable. A tow bar is pivotally coupled to the frame proximate to the roller module. Pneumatic cylinders are operationally coupled singly to each of the forks, the pair of rear rollers, and to the roller module, and the compressor. The compressor is positioned to selectively actuate respective pneumatic cylinders to size a gap between the forks and to raise the forks and the frame to lift a load that is positioned on the pallet.

ELECTRIC PALLET TRUCK

The lifting unit is configured to adjust a height of the frame. The walking unit is configured to drive the frame to move. The lifting unit includes a lifting mechanism fixedly connected to the frame and a hydraulic mechanism configured to control a lifting of the lifting mechanism. The walking unit includes a driving mechanism configured at a bottom of the lifting mechanism.

Pallet truck with pressed fork structure

A pallet truck has a pressed and non-welded fork structure. The fork structure includes an elongate body portion and an outboard end portion integrally formed with the body portion. The body portion has a top wall and opposing sidewalls integrally formed with the top wall. The outboard end portion projects from the body portion and includes a tip sidewall defining a tip region for guiding entry of a fork assembly beneath a pallet.

INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE

Disclosed is an industrial vehicle, which includes a handle (32), a main vehicle frame (2), and a drive wheel assembly (33), a vertical column (1) being mounted on the main vehicle frame (2), the vertical column (1) comprising an upper top plate (11) and a back plate (13) connected to the upper top plate (11); the industrial vehicle also includes a controller (52), a pump station (53), and a jacking device (51) that abuts against the upper top plate (11); in the horizontal direction, the jacking device (51) is farther from the handle (32) than the drive wheel assembly (33).
