Frame structure and trolley using frame structure
A frame structure includes a frame body and an auxiliary frame fixedly connected to the frame body. The frame body has a front bracket and a frame base. The lower end of the front bracket does not connect with the frame base. The upper end portion of the auxiliary frame is connected to the front bracket of the frame body, and the lower end of the auxiliary frame is connected to the frame base at the rear of front wheels of the frame. A trolley with the frame structure can prevent it from leaning forward or overturning, which increases security and stability.
HANDCART
A handcart includes a cart frame, a caster, and a code reader. The cart frame includes a receiving portion on which a shopping basket is placeable and a lateral portion extending in a width direction of the cart frame. The caster is disposed at a bottom region of the cart frame. The code reader is attached to the lateral portion of the cart frame so as to be rotatable around the lateral portion. The code reader may be rotated around the lateral portion of the cart frame to a first position at which a reading window of the code reader faces an inner space of the shopping basket on the receiving portion of the cart frame, and to a second position at which the reading window of the code reader faces a front of the cart frame.
Transport means with at least one transport device and method for producing, operating, and servicing the transport means
The invention relates to a transport equipment with at least one transport device (1a) which is individualised by an identification mean, which has at least one goods depositing device and at least one handle and which can be stacked with respectively identical transport devices, wherein the transport equipment has at least two power-supplied electronic devices arranged on an identical and/or on different transport devices, of which at least one performs the function of a user interface and at least one performs the function of a detection device, and which each have integrated data-processing means and means for wireless data transmission. The invention is characterised in that each power-supplied electronic device can be individualised by at least one identification means using a machine-detectable identifier, in that the power-supplied electronic devices are arranged on the transport equipment in such a way that the spatial position of at least one further electronic device on the transport equipment can be determined by the at least one detection device, and in that the transport equipment is configured to determine the respective identifier and the respective spatial position on the transport device using the data-processing means and the means for wireless data transmission for at least two of the power-supplied electronic devices such that they can be assigned to one another. The invention also concerns a method for manufacturing, operating and maintaining the transport equipment.
CART
A cart includes a frame, a holding portion supported by the frame and in which a product is stored, a lifting unit configured to raise and lower the holding portion, an imaging device directed towards an inside of the holding portion, and a controller. The controller is configured to acquire an image of a product captured by the imaging device, determine whether the product has been continuously imaged by the imaging device over a predetermined time period, and upon determining that the product has been imaged over the predetermined time period, control the lifting unit to lower the holding portion.
CART GATE
According to an embodiment, a cart gate for storage of carts that have a power reception device includes a pair of guides spaced from each other in a cart-width direction. The guides extend along a forward cart direction. A power transmission device is mounted on a portion of one of the guides. The power transmission device is configured to provide power, in a non-contact manner, to a power reception device on a cart that is between the pair of guides and at a predetermined cart storage position along the forward cart direction. The minimum distance between the guides in the cart-width direction is greater than a width of the cart, but the difference between the minimum distance and the width of the cart is less than or equal to a power transmitting range of the power transmission device.
Electronic display and a display module, especially for shopping carts
The electronic display, especially for carts, provided with a display housing being a cart handle or being mounted on a cart handle, comprising a screen with an electronic circuit board and a power supply unit located in the display housing, according to the invention stands out in that the screen with the electronic circuit board and the power supply unit are further placed in a removable inner housing, thereby forming a separate display module. The display module is provided with a screen with an electronic circuit board and a power supply unit located in an inner housing adapted to be placed in the display housing.
MOBILITY DEVICE WITH CARGO BIN STACK
Embodiments herein are directed to a mobility device. The mobility device includes a frame, a pair of foot plates, and a base. The frame has a pair of side rails. The pair of foot plates are pivotally attached to the pair of side rails. Each of the pair of foot plates have a transport surface. The base has an upper surface and an opposite lower surface. The lower surface of the base includes at least one receiving cavity that corresponds to a shape of the pair of foot plates. The base is positioned on the transport surface to receive the pair of foot plates within the at least one receiving cavity and is configured to receive a plurality of cargo containers on the upper surface.
Cart storage system and power feed system
A cart storage system for storing a movable cart includes a storage plate inclined with respect to a floor in a first direction crossing a moving direction of a cart, a stopper along a back side of the storage plate in the moving direction, and a first holding plate extending along the moving direction, configured to stop movement of the cart in the lateral direction, and disposed a first predetermined distance away from a lateral side of the storage plate.
Navigation systems and methods for wheeled objects
A navigation system uses a dead reckoning method to estimate an object's present position relative to one or more prior positions. In some embodiments, the dead reckoning method determines a change in position from the object's heading and speed during an elapsed time interval. In embodiments suitable for use with wheeled objects, the dead reckoning method determines the change in position by measuring the heading and the amount of wheel rotation. Some or all of the components of the navigation system may be disposed within a wheel, such as a wheel of a shopping cart.
Mobile registration terminal and method for registering an age-restricted commodity
A mobile registration terminal operable by a customer in a store includes a memory, a display, a scanner through which a commodity sold at the store or a medium storing clerk information about a clerk of the store is scanned, and a processor. The processor is configured to, when a commodity is scanned through the scanner, determine whether the commodity is an age-restricted commodity, upon determining that the commodity is not an age-restricted commodity, register the commodity, and upon determining that the commodity is an age-restricted commodity, control the display to display a screen through which an age of the customer is verified by a clerk of the store, and upon receipt of an input of clerk information about a clerk through the scanner, store the clerk information in the memory for checkout of the commodity without further verification of the age of the customer.
