Methods of using shopping cart
A child seat includes a base and a seatback movable relative thereto between a retracted position, in which the seatback preferably is flush with a top of the base, and an extended position, in which a sitting area of the child seat is exposed for sitting and in which the seatback serves to support a child's back. The seatback of the child seat preferably includes a seat belt for restraint of a child when seated in the sitting area. A shopping cart includes the child seat. The seatback includes a gate movable between a retracted position, in which the gate preferably is flush with the seatback, and an extended position, in which the gate extends in a generally upright manner and partially blocks leg openings of the basket to keep items from falling there through when the seatback is in the retracted position.
Shopping trolley
The shopping cart of the present disclosure may be used to carry and transport goods. The cart includes a basket and a chassis wherein the chassis includes legs rotatable from an open position to a closed position. The basket is rotatably affixed to the chassis such that the cart may be placed in a vehicle trunk while the basket maintains a horizontal position.
Configurable cart system
A configurable cart system having an accessory receiving base frame with a bottom, an external perimeter, an internal perimeter and a top where there is a mounting portion between the external perimeter and the internal perimeter, and the frame is designed to be used with at least one accessory dimensioned to fit into the frame, and where the accessory has an accessory bottom, a resting portion that matingly rests on the mounting portion of the accessory receiving base frame and at least two protrusions projecting from at least two different points on the accessory bottom where the protrusions are positioned on the accessory bottom so that the protrusions abut the internal perimeter of the receiving frame to prevent the accessory from horizontal movement.
Transporting device that can be moved by hand
A transporting device includes a first carrying device and a second carrying device arranged above the first carrying device. The first carrying device is wider than the second carrying device. The first carrying device has first fixing members each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. A handle device for moving the carrying device is fixed to each first fixing members. The second carrying device has second fixing members each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. Each handle device is additionally fixed to the nearest of the two second fixing members. Between the two handle devices an interspace is formed, which is used by the second carrying device of a rear transporting device when the latter is pushed into a transporting device located in front.

A supportive cushion and restraint for an infant or young child in a shopping cart seat which includes an upper cushioned body that provides torso and back support by including a rigid plastic sheet insert located posterior and parallel to compressed polyester padding; and is hinged at a horizontal seam to a lower cushioned body (the seat portion), which encloses compressed polyester padding; a wide belt that secures by hook and loop type fasteners and extends from the upper cushioned body, wrapping forward around the torso, securing the child in place and adjusting to most girths; the upper and lower cushioned bodies are enclosed in the same durable fabric as the wide belt; two pairs of heavy duty strap-and-buckle units extend from the upper cushioned body, providing the means to secure the upper cushioned body to the shopping cart seat, and ensuring proper support and comfortable restraint of the child.
Shopping cart with integrated scale and point of sale device
A shopping cart has integrated scale and point-of-sale device. The scale and credit card processing device are secured within a common housing. The bar code reader is secured within a hand wand which is detachably secured to the exterior of the scale and credit card processing device's housing. The scale and credit card processing device are secured to top center of the shopping cart's handle.
MULTI FUNCTION, MULTIPLE CHILD NESTING SHOPPING CART EXTENSION AND METHOD OF USE
There is disclosed a multiple child shopping cart extension for attachment to a shopping cart frame. The multiple child shopping cart extension may be used to make an extended shopping cart, for carrying additional children in a shopping cart, both standing and sitting. The multiple child shopping cart extension preferably comprises a frame structure and a plurality of frame securing elements, for securing said multiple child shopping cart extension to said shopping cart frame. The frame structure preferably comprises a base unit and two side rail portions, affixed at opposing sides of the base unit at a bottom end of said frame structure. The multiple child shopping cart extension may also have a seat unit and a safety strap.
Car Seat Holder
A car seat holder is used to support a portable infant car seat by providing a flexible support. The apparatus comprises a first support, a second support, and a canvas. The first support and the second support are elongated members that extend across a shopping cart. The first support and the second support are rigid members that distribute the weight of an infant carriage device. The canvas is a flexible surface that extends from the first support to the second support across the shopping cart. The canvas provides a mechanism for transmitting the weight of the infant carriage device to the first support and the second support. In this way, the first support and second support hold the canvas in optimal position for holding an infant car seat. This arrangement frees up space within a shopping cart.
TRANSPORTING DEVICE THAT CAN BE MOVED BY HAND
A transporting device, moveable by hand and stackable in stacks of identical devices, comprises a first carrying device and a second carrying device arranged above the first carrying device. The first carrying device is wider than the second carrying device. The first carrying device has a first fixing means each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. A handle device for moving the carrying device is fixed to each first fixing means. The second carrying device has a second fixing means each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. Each handle device is additionally fixed to the nearest of the two second fixing means. Between the two handle devices an interspace is formed, which is used by the second carrying device of a rear transporting device when the latter is pushed into a transporting device located in front.
Configurable Cart System
