Seat cushion
Introduced here is a lightweight, foldable seat cushion which can be placed in the shopping cart seat to support a child's legs, and prevent the hard surfaces of the shopping card, such as bars, from causing discomfort to the child and causing the child to try to get out of the cart. The seat cushion can attach to the cart using an attachment mechanism such as magnets and/or clasping protrusions, thus preventing the movement of the seat within the cart. The seat cushion can fold for easy storage in a diaper bag. The lightweight, and the compact size of the seat cushion makes the carrying of the seat cushion convenient and effortless.
MAGNETIC BUCKLING ASSEMBLY
A magnetic buckling assembly includes a male buckling component, a female buckling component, a first locking portion, a second locking portion, an operating component, a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a clearance structure. The first magnetic component magnetically attracts the second magnetic component for preventing separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component or magnetically repulses the second magnetic component for promoting the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component when the operating component is operated to disengage the first locking portion from the second locking portion for allowing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component. The clearance structure allows the second locking portion to slide an offsetting position for preventing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component after engagement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion.
SHOPPING CARTS
A child seat includes a base and a seatback movable relative thereto between a retracted position, in which the seatback preferably is flush with a top of the base, and an extended position, in which a sitting area of the child seat is exposed for sitting and in which the seatback serves to support a child's back. The seatback of the child seat preferably includes a seat belt for restraint of a child when seated in the sitting area. A shopping cart includes the child seat. The seatback includes a gate movable between a retracted position, in which the gate preferably is flush with the seatback, and an extended position, in which the gate extends in a generally upright manner and partially blocks leg openings of the basket to keep items from falling there through when the seatback is in the retracted position.

Methods of using shopping cart

Female buckling component for magnetic buckling assembly
A female buckling component for a magnetic buckling assembly. A female locking portion comprises at least one resilient arm and at least one engaging head integrally formed with the at least one resilient arm. The at least one resilient arm drives the at least one engaging head to move when the at least one resilient arm is resiliently deformed. The female buckling component also comprises an installation chamber inside a middle portion of the female buckling component, a female magnetic component installed in the installation chamber, and at least one operating component movably disposed on the female buckling component and coupled to the at least one resilient arm of the female locking portion to resiliently deform the at least one resilient arm and thereby move the at least one engaging head.

Child restraint for child seat
A child restraint for a child seat is relatively easily engaged using a passive approach and resists disengagement until released. A cross bar can be moved along a slide mechanism in the restraint, where the cross bar or the slide mechanism may include a ratchet mechanism. The ratchet mechanism may operate to permit the cross bar to be moved with relative ease in a first direction, and resist movement of the cross bar in a second, different direction. The cross bar in a lowered position contributes to restraining the child in the child seat by limiting leg movement. A release mechanism is actuated to release the cross bar to permit relatively easy movement. A locking mechanism may be employed to lock the cross bar in place.
Supportive cushion and shopping cart restraint for child or infant
A supportive cushion and restraint for an infant or young child in a shopping cart seat which includes an upper cushioned body that provides torso and back support by including a rigid plastic sheet insert located posterior and parallel to compressed polyester padding; and is hinged at a horizontal seam to a lower cushioned body (the seat portion), which encloses compressed polyester padding; a wide belt that secures by hook and loop type fasteners and extends from the upper cushioned body, wrapping forward around the torso, securing the child in place and adjusting to most girths; the upper and lower cushioned bodies are enclosed in the same durable fabric as the wide belt; two pairs of heavy duty strap-and-buckle units extend from the upper cushioned body, providing the means to secure the upper cushioned body to the shopping cart seat, and ensuring proper support and comfortable restraint of the child.
