20230322285 · 2023-10-12 ·

The present invention is a general-purpose electronic cart, particularly a rechargeable motorized personal shopping and utility cart that can move in a forward, backward or lateral sense and includes a collapsible container and a control console.

Handcart

A handcart may include a frame; a drive wheel rotatably supported by the frame about a rotation axis extending in a right-left direction; a prime mover configured to rotate the drive wheel; a bracket pivotably supported by the frame about a pivot axis extending in an up-down direction; and a non-drive wheel supported by the bracket about a rotation axis extending in a direction perpendicular to the up-down direction. The non-drive wheel may include a first non-drive wheel and a second non-drive wheel, and the first non-drive wheel and the second non-drive wheel may be configured to be rotatable independent of each other.

Transport device with chassis mounted battery

A transport device comprising a battery pack and a chassis member at least partially encased in the battery pack.

MEDICAL SUPPLY CART SYSTEM

A medical supply cart system comprising a cart, a refrigeration device, and a power system. The cart includes an enclosure, a handle, a number of wheels rotatably mounted to the enclosure, and a number of supports each configured to be shifted between an operational position and an access position. The refrigeration device is configured to be positioned in the enclosure and retain perishable medical supplies at a lowered temperature. The power system is configured to power the refrigeration device and includes a number of batteries configured to directly power the refrigeration device, a genset configured to charge the plurality of batteries, and a solar array configured to charge the plurality of batteries.

Assisted thrust system for carriages or for loads in general moved on wheels

An assisted thrust system for a carriage provided with wheels that includes a base to which a first directional wheel and a second directional wheel are fixed that are connected to the base so as to be able to rotate around a respective axis perpendicular to the base; to the base a first drive wheel and a second drive wheel are further fixed that are rotated by at least one gearmotor unit, which drives the first drive wheel by a first magnetic coupling device and the second drive wheel by a second magnetic coupling device.

Modular cart

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a cart frame and modular, motorized cart. In some examples, the cart frame may comprise a wheel assembly, handles, and a kickstand. A modular article (e.g., litter, stretcher, game basket, etc.) may be attached to the top portion of the cart frame via at least one fastener (e.g., buttons, snaps, hooks, buckles, quick-detach mounts, etc.). The handles may be foldable and extendable. The kickstands may also be foldable and extendable. The handles, in some embodiments, may serve a dual purpose by folding to a certain length to function as a kickstand. In other examples, the cart may comprise an engine that may be gas-powered or electric. A battery may be affixed to the cart frame that powers the electric engine. Other objects may also be attached to the cart frame or modular article, such as a winch, tow bar, light, bumper, etc.

Handcart

A handcart may include a drive wheel; a prime mover configured to rotate the drive wheel; a grip portion configured to be gripped by a user; and a visibly noticeable portion that is clearly noticeable from behind the user when the user stands behind the handcart, gripping the grip portion.

VEHICLE SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A vehicle system includes a chassis, a plurality of wheels coupled to the chassis and supporting the chassis for rolling on a surface, and a riding platform coupled to the chassis. The riding platform is for supporting a user behind the chassis when the riding platform is in a downward pivoted state. A linkage connects the riding platform to the chassis for selective pivotal motion relative to the chassis between an upward pivoted state in which the riding platform is pivoted into a position to allow a user to walk behind the chassis and a downward pivoted state in which the user may ride or step on the platform.

Galley cart assembly and an aircraft that utilizes the galley cart assembly

A galley cart assembly that includes a cart and a wheel assembly attached to the cart. The wheel assembly includes a plurality of wheels and a drive assembly configured to drive one or more of the plurality of wheels to propel the cart. The wheel assembly also includes a primary brake assembly to lock one or more of the plurality of wheels to prevent movement of the cart. Furthermore, the galley cart assembly includes a controller coupled to the cart and including a processor and a memory. The controller includes a turbulence monitoring system configured to detect a turbulence event. The controller is in communication with the wheel assembly, and is configured to automatically operate the primary brake assembly to lock the cart in position when the turbulence monitoring system detects the turbulence event. In certain configurations, an aircraft includes the galley cart assembly.

Powered sled

A pallet sled includes a base and a pair of tines extending from the base. A load wheel supports outer ends of each of the tines. A wheel supports the base. At least one motor is configured to drive the base wheel or at least one of the load wheels for driving the pallet sled. The motor may be a hub motor inside the base wheel or the load wheel.
