The stroller with a linkage-foldable backrest having a stroller frame convertible between an unfolded state and a folded state is provided. The folding of the stroller frame of the provided stroller drives the backrest portion to fold, so as to prevent the edge of the end portion of the backrest portion from touching the ground. The folding operation of the backrest portion according to the present invention is simple and convenient.

The invention comprises an apparatus, comprising: a baby stroller, comprising: a set of handles; a set of wheels; a foldable frame, the foldable frame comprising at least three hollow tubes and an elastic cord running through the at least three hollow tubes, the foldable frame attaching the set of handles to the set of wheels; and a baby seat attached to the foldable frame. Optionally, the three hollow tubes are members of a set of at least eight hollow tubes with the elastic cord passing through the at least eight hollow tubes with a tension of two to five pounds within at least one tube.

The invention comprises an apparatus, comprising: a baby stroller, comprising: a set of handles; a set of wheels; a foldable frame, the foldable frame comprising at least three hollow tubes and an elastic cord running through the at least three hollow tubes, the foldable frame attaching the set of handles to the set of wheels; and a baby seat attached to the foldable frame. A vehicle frame applied to a baby stroller includes a first tube, a second tube, a third tube and a foldable unit. The second tube is pivoted to the first tube. The third tube is pivoted to the second tube. The foldable unit includes a fourth tube. An end of the fourth tube is pivoted to the first tube, and the other end of the fourth tube is pivoted to the third tube. A linkage mechanism is formed by the first tube, the second tube, the third tube and the fourth tube. Rotation of the first tube moves the second tube and the third tube close to each other or away from each other via the fourth tube for folding or unfolding the vehicle frame. The present invention can simultaneously fold all tubes of the vehicle frame, and have advantages the simple structure, easy operation and low production cost.

A child stroller frame includes a first and a second frame portion, a pivoting part connected fixedly with a wheel support member and pivotally connected with the second frame portion, and a linkage. The first frame portion includes a handle frame segment, a front leg segment, and a coupling part that pivotally connects the handle frame segment with the front leg segment, and the second frame portion is pivotally connected with any of the handle frame segment, the front leg segment and the coupling part. The linkage has a first end pivotally connected with any of the handle frame segment, the front leg segment and the coupling part, a second end pivotally connected with the pivoting part, and an intermediate portion pivotally connected with the second frame portion, whereby the first frame portion and the wheel support member are movably linked for folding concurrently toward the second frame portion.

A frame structure and a baby stroller are provided. The frame structure includes a hand-gripping part; a front leg pivotally connected with the hand-gripping part; a rear leg pivotally connected with the hand-gripping part; a basket tube including two side rods and a rear rod connected with the two side rods, each of the side rods including a first end and a second end, the first end being pivotally connected to the front leg, and the second end being pivotally connected to the rear leg; a fixing seat slidably disposed on the front leg for connecting the seat bracket to the front leg; a linkage rod having an end pivotally connected to the basket tube, and an other end pivotally connected to the fixing seat. A child stroller apparatus includes a rear and a front leg frame respectively having a first and a second side segment, a handle frame having a grip portion and a third side segment respectively connected fixedly with a first and a second joining part that are pivotally connected with each other, a latching mechanism for locking the rear and front leg frames and the handle frame in an unfolded state, and a latch carried with the third side segment. The latch can engage and disengage the first joining part to lock and unlock the grip portion relative to the third side segment. Moreover, a linking part couples the latch to the rear leg frame or the front leg frame so that a folding rotation of the handle frame relative to the rear leg frame causes the latch to disengage from the first joining part.

A folding hook structure comprising: a shell, fixed to the first object, and at least partially accommodates other parts of the folding hook structure; a rotating disk, fixed to the second object, and disposed in the shell to be rotatable around a rotation center in respect to the shell, with a folding hook groove disposed on a disk surface of the rotating disk, the folding hook groove including a circumferential section extending in a circumferential direction of the rotating disk with the rotation center as a center, and a radial section extending from the circumferential section along a radial direction of the rotating disk; a folding hook, disposed in the shell, and arranged movable between a locked position and a released position along the radial direction of the rotating disk, the folding hook being inserted in the folding hook groove.

A folding mechanism for a stroller including a cover, a front leg connector pivoted to the cover, a rear leg connector pivoted to the front leg connector, and a front guard member pivoted to the front leg connector is disclosed. A pair of connection arms extends from the front guard member. The folding mechanism includes a rotatable member pivoted to the cover and detachably connected to the connection arm. An abutting portion protrudes from the rotatable member. When the rear leg connector is unfolding, the rear leg connector abuts against the abutting portion and drives the front guard member rotating relative to the cover to an unfolded position. When the rear leg connector is folding, the rear leg connector is detached from the abutting portion to release the front guard member to a folded position.

A collapsible seat assembly is mounted on a frame of a stroller, and includes a joint member, a backrest support member, a leg support member and a locking mechanism. Each of a pivot portion of the backrest support member and a pivot portion of the leg support member is pivotably mounted on the joint member. The locking mechanism is disposed between the pivot portions to lock or unlock the backrest and leg support members. The locking mechanism is configured to be actuated to move from a locking position to an unlocking position by the operation of the frame of the stroller from an unfolded state to a folded state. A stroller having the collapsible seat assembly is also disclosed.
