Folding baby stroller system and method
A baby stroller for transporting an infant at speeds faster than normal walking is disclosed. This baby stroller can be folded to make it easier to stow and transport. The folding mechanism, a unique feature of the design is directed toward compactness, ease of use, reliability, and reduction in manufacturing costs.
FOLDING HANDLE, FOLDING DEVICE, CHILD STROLLER SEAT AND CHILD STROLLER
The disclosure provides a folding handle, a folding device, a child stroller seat, and a child stroller. The folding handle includes: a handle body including a pulling part and a shaft part located at an end of the pulling part; a handle connecting member being fixable on the child stroller seat, and the handle body is pivotally connected to the handle connecting member via the shaft part; and an elastic member configured to force the handle body to pivot toward a closed position. The folding handle according to the disclosure can be automatically closed after the child stroller seat is folded, such that the folded child stroller is more neat and aesthetic, and potential dangers are avoided.
BRAKE MECHANISM AND WHEELED CARRYING APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a brake mechanism and a wheeled carrying apparatus. The brake mechanism includes a driving member and a brake assembly including a driving pin, a linking member, an actuating member, a thrusting member and a locking member. The driving pin is connected to one end of the linking member, the other end of the linking member is connected to the actuating member, the actuating member is movably provided within a wheel mount of the wheeled carrying apparatus. The thrusting member is movably provided within the actuating member, the actuating member is connected to the locking member, the driving member drives the driving pin of the brake assembly to move, so that the actuating member is driven by the linking member to be movable, and then drives the locking member to be movable so as to lock or unlock the wheel.
Child seat frame and compact collapsible stroller
Disclosed are a child seat frame and a compact collapsible stroller. The child seat frame includes a seat mounting part, a lower frame body, and an upper frame body. The upper frame body is provided with an upper frame body lock which can be actuated to lock and disengage from a second latch part, and the upper frame body is pivotable relative to a lower seat frame hub when the upper frame body lock is disengaged from the lower seat frame hub; and when the lower frame body pivots relative to the seat mounting part, the upper frame body lock locks over the second latch part. The child seat frame can be folded in a main suitable for the folding boundary dimensions of a main stroller frame, thereby maintaining the folding dimensions of a stroller unit to a minimum.
FOLDABLE STROLLER
A foldable stroller, movable between an unfolded state and a folded state, comprising: a central frame element (101) extending in a lateral direction of said stroller; a front wheel frame element (102) which is at one outer end pivotably connected to said central frame element (101) around a first axis, which first axis extends in said lateral direction, and comprising at least one front wheel (121) at its other outer end; a push bar connector frame element (103) which at one outer end is pivotably connected to said central frame element (101) around a second axis, which second axis extends in said lateral direction, and which at its other outer end comprises a push bar frame element (105) with a push bar (151); a first and second rear wheel frame element (104) each connected to said central frame element (101) at one outer end, and each comprising a rear wheel (141) at their other outer end; wherein said first and second rear wheel frame element (104) is each pivotably connected to respective opposite outer lateral ends of said central frame element (101) around respective third and fourth axes, which third and fourth axes extend mutually substantially parallel and substantially perpendicular to said first and second axes; such that a pivoting movement of said front wheel frame (102) element and said push bar connector frame element (103) from the unfolded state towards each other in the folded state results in said first and second rear wheel frame elements (104) being pivoted from the unfolded state towards each other in the folded state, and vice versa.
Baby stroller
The invention discloses a baby stroller, including a foldable frame, wherein the frame is provided with a locking device for locking same in an unfolded state; the frame is connected with a seat assembly which is configured for a baby to sit when the baby stroller is in the unfolded state and is able to rotate relative to the frame and be closed and folded towards the frame when the baby stroller needs to be folded; and the seat assembly is provided with an unlocking part capable of driving the locking device to unlock when the seat assembly is rotated and folded relative to the frame. The invention has a simple structure and is convenient for operation.
Stroller
A collapsible stroller comprising a handle assembly, a front leg assembly and a rear leg assembly pivotably connected to one another such that the stroller is able to be moved between a folded configuration, where the front leg and handle assemblies are folded to positions substantially adjacent to the rear leg assembly, and an unfolded configuration, where the front leg and handle assemblies are unfolded to positions away from the rear leg assembly, and a link assembly comprising a front member and a rear member pivotally connected to one another, wherein the front member is pivotally connected to an intermediate portion of the front leg assembly and the rear member is pivotally connected to an intermediate portion of the rear leg assembly, such that when the stroller is moved to its folded configuration the front and rear members are folded toward each other to lie substantially adjacent to one another and the front and rear leg assemblies, and when the stroller is moved to its unfolded configuration the front and rear members are folded away from each other and the front and rear leg assemblies such that they are substantially coplanar with one another, and wherein the link assembly further comprises a biasing means for biasing the front and rear link members toward their unfolded positions.
BABY CARRIAGE
The present disclosure provides a baby carriage. The baby carriage has an unfolded state and a folded state, and includes a handle, a front leg, a rear leg. The handle, the front leg and the rear leg may be pivoted to the unfolded state or the folded state with respect to each other. The handle includes a handle upper joint and a handle lower joint, which may be pivoted to the unfolded state or the folded state with respect to each other. The baby carriage also includes a limiting part, and in the folded state, the limiting part prevents the handle upper joint from pivoting towards the unfolded state. The baby carriage provided by the present disclosure can effectively prevent the handle or a canopy from being unfolded when the baby carriage is folded and carried.
CARRIER FRAME
A carrier frame includes a first tubular member, a second tubular member, a third tubular member and a folding unit including a linkage rod, a second rod and a pivot frame pivoted to the second tubular member. The linkage rod is pivoted to the first tubular member and pivoted to the pivot frame. The second rod is pivoted to the third tubular member and pivoted to the linkage rod to make the second rod, the linkage rod and the pivot frame cooperatively form a linkage structure. The carrier frame can be released and folded synchronously and has advantages that the carrier frame is easy to fold, has a simple structure, and is convenient to operate.
Stroller frame
A stroller frame includes a seat pan, an operating handle movably coupled to the seat pan, and two opposite foldable side frame units each including a front leg, a handle rod, a rear leg that has a top end pivotally connected to the handle rod, a bottom leg that has a lower end pivotally connected to the rear leg, and a sliding basket tube that is movably coupled to said seat pan and slidably connected to said rear leg. To unfold the stroller frame, said operating handle is pushed downward to drive said seat pan to pivot downward so that an angle between said front leg and said bottom leg of each of said side frame units increases until said stroller frame is converted from a folded state to an unfolded state.
