When the front leg portion and the stroller handle are folded relative to the rear leg portion, the upper seat portion is folded on the lower seat portion, and the lower seat portion is folded on the front leg portion via the first pivot together with the upper seat portion.

The present invention can simultaneously fold all tubes of the vehicle frame, and have advantages the simple structure, easy operation and low production cost.
