A plurality of wheels is coupled to the plurality of wheel arms. A seat back is coupled to the frame back. A seat bottom is coupled to the frame and has a seat aperture extending therethrough. A swivel seat has a rim coupled to the seat bottom and a harness rotatably coupled to the rim. A pad back is coupled to the seat back. A pad bottom is coupled to the pad back and moves between an open position covering the seat bottom and a closed position parallel with the pad back. A plurality of engagement members is coupled to the pad back and the pad bottom to selectively secure the pad bottom in the closed position.

This invention relates to a safety seat system that transitions from a liner to a carrier without requiring the child or animal to be manipulated from one to the other and methods related thereto. Additionally, the disclosed safety seat system allows for free movement of the wearer's hands and arms. A processor in the electronics housing performs a method that includes activating the Peltier device to bring the seat to a preset temperature, receiving a temperature setting for the Peltier device from a temperature control button disposed on the handle, detecting a current temperature of an area within the seat, and if the current temperature of the area within the seat is greater than a threshold safe upper temperature, then deactivating the Peltier device.
