Steering apparatus
A steering apparatus includes a steering wheel, a support frame, a frame fixation part, and a steering transmission part. The support frame rotatably supports the steering wheel. The frame fixation part fixes the support frame to a vehicle body. The steering transmission part transmits a rotation of the steering wheel relative to the support frame to a steering mechanism of a wheel. The support frame and the frame fixation part are arranged at a position that does not overlap with a rotation center axis line of the steering wheel in a front view of the steering wheel.
DECORATIVE BODY
In a steering wheel, a decorative member is assembled to a steering wheel main body. A sensor of the decorative member senses contact of a hand of a vehicle occupant with the decorative member. The sensor is arranged at the decorative member independently from a steering wheel main body side. Therefore, the sensor may sense contact of the hand with the decorative member independently from the steering wheel main body side.

VEHICLE MICROCLIMATE PERSONALIZATION BASED ON OCCUPANT THERMOPHYSIOLOGY
A method of providing thermal conditioning for a vehicle occupant according to an example of the present disclosure includes determining a respective target temperature for each of a plurality of discrete OPZs. Each OPZ is associated with a different occupant body area. The determining is based on a difference between a first OTS indicative of a target heat flux for the occupant and a second OTS indicative of an estimated heat flux experienced by the occupant, wherein the respective target temperatures differ between the OPZs. The method includes providing thermal conditioning in each OPZ based on the target temperature for the OPZ, which includes utilizing at least one thermal effector in the OPZ. The method also includes receiving a temperature offset value for a particular one of the OPZs from the occupant, and adjusting the target temperature for the particular one of the OPZs based on the temperature offset value.
Synthetic leather for steering wheel cover having improved durability and method for preparing the same
The present invention relates to a synthetic leather for a steering wheel cover of a vehicle, and a method for preparing the same. The synthetic leather including a fiber base layer (101) including a microfiber nonwoven fabric, an urethane porous layer (102) formed on the fiber base layer, a polyurethane resin skin layer (104) formed on the urethane porous layer, and prepared by polymerizing an isocyanate compound and a polyol compound including polycarbonate-based polyol, fluorine-based polyol and ester-based polyol, and an adhesive layer (103) for adhering the urethane porous layer and the skin layer.
