According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electric drive control device of the present invention, which is for controlling an electric motor that generates a drive force, includes a first electronic control unit disposed on a side opposite to a drive shaft of the electric motor among both sides of a motor housing in which the electric motor is accommodated in a direction of the drive shaft and configured to control the electric motor, and a second electronic control unit disposed opposite to the first electronic control unit in the direction of the drive shaft and configured to control the electric motor.

When the input voltage falls within an upper level voltage sub-range, all circuits are controlled so as to operate.

The base is fitted to the stator through a gap.

A steering device according to one aspect of the disclosure includes: a speed reducer configured to decelerate a rotational power input from one surface side while increasing a torque and output rotation from an output section disposed on the other surface side; a motor provided on the one surface side and configured to input the rotational power to the speed reducer; and a control device for controlling the motor. The motor includes a rotor for generating the rotational power. The rotor includes a rotor output shaft disposed coaxially with an output axis of the output section. The motor inputs the rotational power from one end side of the rotor output shaft to the speed reducer. The control device is disposed on the other end side of the rotor output shaft coaxially with the rotor output shaft and includes a sensing unit for sensing rotation of the rotor.

STEERING CONTROL DEVICE

A first circuit energizes a steering assist actuator to electrically assist steering of a driver. A second circuit is provided in a same housing as the first circuit and energizes a positional actuator to move a steering position. A controller operates the first and second circuits to control operations of the steering assist actuator and the positional actuator. The controller changes a priority between the first circuit and the second circuit in a start period, in which the steering control device is started, a normal operation period, in which the steering control device is operated normally, and a stop period, in which the steering control device is stopped. The priority includes at least one of an order of operating the first circuit and the second circuit, output allocation between the first circuit and the second circuit, and output magnitude between the first circuit and the second circuit.

The power supply wiring module is configured by molding, with resin, a choke coil for noise removal, a capacitor, and wiring that supplies electric power to at least one of the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The heat sink is sandwiched between the power supply wiring module and the second circuit board.
