Hydraulic arrangement for hybrid priority valve
A hydraulic arrangement for distributing a fluid in pressure coming from a source among multiple hydraulic units of a work vehicle. At least one of the hydraulic units provides an electronic load sensing signal and of the hydraulic units provides a hydraulic load sensing signal. The hydraulic arrangement includes a priority valve configured to divide the flow of fluid between the hydraulic units. The priority valve and source are hydraulically controlled by a first hydraulic load sensing signal resulting as the greatest of a plurality of hydraulic load pressure signals taken from the hydraulic unit. The hydraulic arrangement also includes a conversion unit configured to transform an electronic load sensing signal of at least one of the hydraulic units in an equivalent hydraulic load sensing signal so as to define the first hydraulic load sensing signal.
Hydraulic steering arrangement
A hydraulic steering arrangement 1 is described comprising a supply port arrangement having a pressure port (4) and a tank port (5), a working port arrangement having two working ports (6, 7), a steering unit (2) arranged in a flow path (9) between the supply port arrangement (4, 5) and the working port arrangement (6, 7), and a second flow path (13) in form of an amplification flow path bridging the steering unit (2) and having an amplification orifice (A.sub.U1) which is controlled as function of the steering unit (2). Such a steering arrangement should have a possibility to change the steering behaviour. To this end at least a third flow path (14) in form of an amplification flow path is arranged in parallel to the second flow path (13), wherein the second/or the third flow path (13, 14) comprise an valve (15).
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump driven by an engine; a hydraulic actuator that is driven by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a switching valve configured to switch from one to the other of a first state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a first channel and a second state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a second channel; a restriction operation device configured to generate an operation signal that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator; and a controller that controls the switching valve. The controller includes: an operation signal acquisition unit configured to acquire the operation signal; and an instruction output unit configured to output, to the switching valve, a control instruction that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator with the engine driving, in response to the operation signal.
Steering system with switchable load reaction valve
A valve for hydraulic parallel work systems is provided. The valve includes a first pair of ports, a second pair of ports, a first connection, and a second connection. The first connection is between the first pair of ports when the valve is in a load reaction-enabling state. The first connection transmits a load reaction from a load at a steering actuator to a steering device of a hydrostatic steering circuit. The second connection is between the second pair of ports when the valve is in an electro-hydraulic steering enabling state. The second connection fluidly connects a fluid source to an electro-hydraulic steering circuit.
Traction control for steering articulated power machine
Disclosed embodiments include steering circuits utilizing a controllable cross-feed loop between left and right drive motor sides of an articulated power machine to reduce skidding caused by a turning operation in which an articulation actuator changes an articulation joint angle between a front frame member and a rear frame member of the power machine.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURES FOR STEERING AND WORK FUNCTIONS IN A WHEEL LOADER
A hydraulic system (40) for a work machine comprising a priority circuit (41) including at least a first priority actuator (47, 48) and a priority control valve (58) for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid to the first priority actuator (47, 48) and for providing a load sense signal indicative of the load acting on the first priority actuator (47, 48); an auxiliary circuit (42) including at least a first auxiliary actuator (51) and at least a first auxiliary control valve (80) for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid to the first auxiliary actuator (51); at least a first pump (46) for producing a flow of hydraulic fluid; and a priority valve (74) for distributing the flow from the pump (46) to the priority circuit (41) and auxiliary circuit (42) for operating the respective actuators thereof, with priority being given to the priority circuit (41) as a function of the load sense signal.
HYDRAULIC ARRANGEMENT FOR HYBRID PRIORITY VALVE
