A vehicle front structure includes an apron upper member extending in a vehicle front-rear direction, a suspension tower fixed to an inner side of the apron upper member in the vehicle width direction, and a plate-shaped reinforcing member covering at least part of an upper surface of the apron upper member and at least part of an upper surface of the suspension tower on the outer side. In the upper surface of the apron upper member, a step part is provided, wherein the outer side of the step part is higher than the inner side of the step part in the vehicle width direction. Molten sealer is injected between the step part and the outer edge when filling sealer between the apron upper member and the reinforcing member. Then, flow of the molten sealer to the outer side in the vehicle width direction is blocked by the step part.

Radiator Support

According to one embodiment a radiator support is provided that includes a support base and an elastic tubular portion which protrudes axially from the support base and is configured for housing a pin of a radiator of a vehicle. The radiator support also includes at least one stop which protrudes axially from the support base. The stop is arranged close to the tubular portion and comprises a height smaller than the height of the tubular portion with respect to the support base. The difference between the height of the tubular portion and the height of the stop, and the gap between the tubular portion and the stop are such that, in use, from a given radial deformation level of the tubular portion, the tubular portion comes into contact with the stop, increasing the rigidity of the tubular portion.

Multiple system support arrangement for engine compartment

An engine compartment support arrangement for an agricultural machine includes first and second support rails disposed within an engine compartment, a horizontal platform disposed between the first and second support rails and coupled thereto, and a plurality of engine accessory mounts welded to at least one of the first support rail and the second support rail. The first support rail includes a horizontal portion and an angled portion, wherein a second end of the horizontal portion is aligned with a first end of the angled portion. The second support rail includes a horizontal portion and an angled portion, wherein a second end of the horizontal portion is aligned with a first end of the angled portion.

Body cover structure for saddle riding vehicle

Inside a radiator shroud covering an outside of an engine or an outside of a radiator supposed to get hot relating to the engine, a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion are provided. An abutting surface to abut on the engine or the radiator is provided at a distal end of each of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion. The first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are made of resin material with higher heat resistance than a shroud body of the radiator shroud.

VEHICLE BODY FRONT PART STRUCTURE

Provided is a vehicle body front part structure including: a pair of left and right front side frames extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; and a front bulkhead connected to front end portions of the front side frames, wherein the front bulkhead includes a pair of upper and lower lateral frame parts extending in a left-right direction, and a pair of left and right vertical frame parts extending in an upper-lower direction to connect vehicle-width-direction outer end portions of the lateral frame parts.

Series of mounting supports and mounting support for fastening radiator modules, and method for manufacturing mounting supports

A series of mounting supports, a mounting support for fastening radiator modules and a method for producing mounting supports, in particular for motor vehicles for fastening radiator modules by which the variability of a mounting support with respect to the arrangement of radiator modules can be increased. A series of mounting supports for fastening radiator modules in the front-end structure of motor vehicles relates to mounting supports having a frame which comprises an upper transversal support, two lateral vertical supports and a lower transversal support. At least an upper bearing area and at least a lower bearing area for mounting a radiator module are formed on the frame. Adapter elements for connecting between the mounting support and a radiator module are arranged on the mounting support in the upper bearing area and/or in the lower bearing area, which allow the variable fastening of radiator modules in different relative positions.
