The impact absorbing member comprises a front side part which includes a front wall portion, a top wall portion, and a rear wall portion so as to have a U-shaped cross section opening downward and a flat-plate shaped rear side part which extends rearward from a lower end of the rear wall portion. A rear end portion of the rear side part is held at a radiator shroud as a vehicle-body-side member, and the rear side part is configured to slant obliquely forward and downward.
MOTOR VEHICLE ASSEMBLY INCORPORATING A FRONT END MODULE, A FRONT SUSPENSION AND A SORB STRUCTURE
A motor vehicle assembly includes a front end module, a front suspension and a SORB structure connected to the front end module and the front suspension. That SORB structure includes a cross member, a first crush horn, a second crush horn, a first support bracket and a second support bracket.
Cooling arrangement for electric work vehicle
An electric work vehicle includes: a travel battery, an auxiliary battery, a motor drivable on electric power supplied by the travel battery, a travel device drivable by the motor, a voltage converter positioned forward of the travel battery to step down a voltage of electric power from the travel battery and supply the electric power to the auxiliary battery, and a radiator positioned forward of the travel battery, wherein the voltage converter and the radiator are laterally next to each other in a plan view.
Motor Vehicle
A motor vehicle has a container for receiving liquids arranged in a motor compartment of the motor vehicle in a space-saving manner. The two front end sections of the two front axle supports are connected together by two transverse supports, which are arranged at a distance from each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and the container for receiving liquids is arranged in the intermediate space between the two front axle supports.
Headlamp fastening system for motor vehicles and method
A headlamp fastening system for a vehicle is provided herein. The headlamp fastening system includes a support structure, a headlamp structure, and an alignment element. The alignment element is configured to align and fix the headlamp structure with the support structure with respect to the z-direction of the vehicle. The alignment element holds the sup port structure and the headlamp in an alignment position. In the alignment position the support structure and the headlamp structure are relatively displaceable in the x-, y-, and z-direction relative to one another. The alignment element fixes the support structure and the headlamp in the fixed position, wherein, upon the alignment element fixing the support structure and the headlamp structure relative to one another with respect to the z-direction, the support structure and the headlamp structure simultaneously become fixed relative to one another in the x- and y-direction.
DEVICE FOR SEALING THE AIR INTAKE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, CORRESPONDING FRONT-END MODULE AND MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a device (1) for sealing an air intake of a motor vehicle, comprising:at least one sealing means (3) intended to be arranged in an air intake of the motor vehicle, anda support (5) for the sealing means (3) in order to retain the sealing means (3) and intended to be attached on a load-bearing structure of the motor vehicle. According to the invention, the support (5) comprises damping guidance means (15) for the sealing means (3) in order to allow, in the event of an impact on the sealing means (3), the movement of the sealing means (3) from an initial retaining position to a position retracted with respect to the initial position. The invention also relates to a front-end module for a motor vehicle comprising such a sealing device.
SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR A FRONT-END MODULE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE AND FRONT-END MODULE COMPRISING SAID SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
The invention relates to a supporting structure (10) for a front-end module of a motor vehicle, said supporting structure comprising a lower crossmember (13), a first side post (11), a second side post (12) and an upper crossmember (14). According to the invention, the supporting structure (10) comprises a first (40, 140, 240) and a second (50, 150, 250) supporting arm received within the supporting structure (10), the first supporting arm (40, 140, 240) being connected via the first end (41, 141, 241) thereof to the first side post (11) and via the second end (42, 142, 242) thereof to the upper crossmember (14), and/or the second supporting arm (50, 150, 250) being connected via the first end (51, 151, 251) thereof to the second side post (12) and via the second end (52, 152, 252) thereof to the upper crossmember (14). The invention also relates to a front-end module comprising such a supporting structure.
Device and assembly for protecting a front end module of a motor vehicle
A protection assembly for a front end module of a motor vehicle includes a bumper beam, a subframe and a protection device bridging between the bumper beam and the subframe. A method of protecting a front end module of a motor vehicle is also provided.
Hood guiding system for a work vehicle
A hood guiding system for a work vehicle may include first and second walls positioned within an engine compartment of the work vehicle. The system may also include a hood configured to extend in a crosswise direction of the work vehicle between a first side and a second side so as to least partially cover the engine compartment. Additionally, the system may include a first guide component coupled to the hood at or adjacent to its first side and a second guide component coupled to the hood at or adjacent to its second side. When the hood is moved from an opened position to a closed position, the first and second guide components may be configured to contact outer surfaces of the first and second walls, respectively, to guide the hood towards the closed position.
VEHICLE BODY FRONT PART STRUCTURE
