Cowl cross assembly structure for vehicle
A cowl cross assembly structure for a vehicle is provided. The cowl cross assembly structure includes a cowl cross bar which is connected horizontal at left and right sides between front pillars of a vehicle and a duct which passes through an aperture of a bracket which has been installed at the cowl cross bar and is integrally formed with the cowl cross bar. A fixing member is included on an exterior circumferential surface thereof to fix an installation position within the interior of the through hole.
VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONER-UNIT ATTACHMENT-PART STRUCTURE
In a vehicle air-conditioner-unit attachment-part structure, an air conditioner unit is arranged to face a rear surface of a dashboard and on an occupant room side. An air conditioner unit-side fixation part that is provided on a unit case is attached to a vehicle body-side fixed part at a more vehicle rearward position than the dashboard. A displacement acceptance part that accepts a movement to a vehicle rearward direction of the unit case with respect to the vehicle body-side fixed part is provided between the air conditioner unit-side fixation part and the vehicle body-side fixed part when an impact load is input to the unit case via the dashboard from a vehicle frontward direction.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes a steering column connected to a steering wheel, a column cover that covers the steering column, and an air duct that is disposed inside an instrument panel and passes in front of the column cover. Buckling strength of the air duct in a vehicle body front-rear direction in front of the steering wheel is lower than buckling strength of the column cover in the vehicle body front-rear direction.
Airflow outlet assembly and a passenger compartment for a vehicle
An airflow outlet assembly and a passenger compartment for a vehicle includes a housing defining an aperture extending along a central axis. The housing includes a central support disposed in the aperture proximal to the central axis. First and second outlet components are at least partially disposed in the aperture of the housing. The first outlet component includes a first plate and a first vane extending outwardly from the first plate toward the central axis. The second outlet component includes a second plate and a second vane extending outwardly from the second plate toward the central axis. The first and second outlet components are rotatable concurrently with each other to change the position of the first and second plates and the first and second vanes relative to the housing such that the first and second plates selectively close and open the aperture.
Windshield defroster for a vehicle
A vehicle has a windshield, a cladding element having a front surface, which faces the windshield, a rear surface, which faces away from the windshield, and a top surface, which is arranged between the front surface and the rear surface and is angled toward the front surface and rear surface. An airflow element has a wall element, a grille element and an air inlet. At least the front surface and the top surface of the cladding element have a recess in which the wall element and the grille element are arranged. The grille element is designed to direct air from the airflow element to the windshield.
AIR-CONDITIONING GRILL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND AIR-CONDITIONING GRILL INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a grill installation structure that is capable of firmly supporting an air outlet of a grill body of an air-conditioning grill to a grill installation part of an installation member even when the grill installation part of the installation member is designed to have a notched shape. A finisher of the grill installation part is formed in a notched shape such that an air-conditioning grill unit is insertable in a direction (grill insertion direction Ig) orthogonal to an opening direction of the air outlet, and the finisher includes a grill fixing part on the back. The air-conditioning grill unit includes an outer peripheral flange disposed frontward to a front surface side of the finisher, and the air-conditioning grill unit includes a grill holding plate that is installed in the grill fixing part from a back thereof.
Mounting system for HVAC component
A mounting system for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) component, including a dash panel configured to divide a front compartment from a passenger compartment, and having an opening, a plurality of mounting portions located around the opening, and configured to mount the HVAC component, and a vertical reinforcing member located adjacent to the opening, and extending along the height of the dash panel. The dash panel includes a first surface facing the front compartment and a second surface facing the passenger compartment, and at least some of the plurality of mounting portions are provided to the vertical reinforcing member.
Work Vehicle
A work vehicle includes a body provided with a panel configured to be equipped with an air conditioner, the panel having at least one first opening and a second opening through each of which air supplied from the air conditioner flows out toward one or more occupants, and the second opening being provided with one of a duct extending from the second opening to the air conditioner and a cover blocking the second opening.
Instrument panel for a vehicle, vehicle comprising the instrument panel, and method for producing the instrument panel
An instrument panel for a vehicle is provided. The instrument panel has a visible side and a rear side. The rear side has at least one free-space portion and at least one fastening portion, and the instrument panel can be fastened in the fastening portion to a vehicle structure of the vehicle. The instrument panel comprises at least one foam body, and the foam body is formed to be elastically deformable. The foam body is arranged between the visible side and the rear side and forms elastically deformable regions on the visible side, and the foam body forms additional elastically deformable regions in the at least one free-space portion on the rear side.
