Morphing fender skirt for a steered wheel
A morphing fender skirt includes a rigid, open-ended arched base, stretchable exterior skin connected across the base, and a structural, bendable rib array connected over the base subjacent to the skin. The rib array is configured to bend between a flattened shape over the base, whereby the rib array imparts the flattened shape to the skin across the base, and a domed shape over the base, whereby the rib array imparts the domed shape to the skin across the base.
Aerodynamic mud flap for motor vehicle
A mud flap for a wheeled vehicle includes an upper mounting portion and an extended protection portion. The extended protection portion includes at least two areas with slotted air flow openings. An upper slot area includes rows of elongated slots with the slots arranged in columns in each row. A lower slot area includes rows of elongated slots with the slots arranged in columns in each row. The slots in the upper slot area have heights that are greater than the heights of slots in the lower slot area. In some embodiments, a middle slot area is positioned between the upper slot area and the lower slot area. The slots in the middle slot area have different heights in different rows. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the slots in the upper slot area is replaced with diagonal mounting features.
Nonwoven molded article
A nonwoven molded article may include at least one thermoformed nonwoven fabric. The fabric may include structural fibers having polyethylene terephthalate, first bicomponent binder fibers, optional second binder fibers, and optional additives. The first bicomponent binder fibers may include matrix-forming polyethylene-terephthalate having a semicrystalline sheathing material having a melting point ranging from 90 to 175° C. The optional second bicomponent binder fibers may include matrix-forming polyethylene-terephthalate having a semicrystalline sheathing material and differ from the first bicomponent binder fibers.
VEHICLE FENDER CAPABLE OF REDUCING THE SPLASHING AND SCATTERING OF WATER DROPS
A vehicle fender capable of reducing the splashing and scattering of water drops is provided above a tire of the vehicle and comprises an arcuate-shaped main body and an absorbing material layer with a thickness. The arcuate-shaped main body has an upper part and a lower part, and the lower part of the arcuate-shaped main body is provided to face the tire's surface, so as to form a recessed space. The absorbing material layer is connected into the recessed space of the lower part of the arcuate-shaped main body, and the absorbing material layer has a surface provided with a plurality of holes.

A fender structure for a vehicle includes: a fender panel that is disposed on a lateral surface of a vehicle-body front portion; a reinforcing member that supports the fender panel from the inner side in the vehicle width direction; a first engagement portion that is able to engage with a top end portion of the fender panel; a second engagement portion that is able to engage with a bottom end portion of the fender panel; and a spring portion that biases the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion with an elastic restoring force in the vehicle height direction in which the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are separated from each other in a state in which the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion engage with the top end portion and the bottom end portion of the fender panel.
TIRE SKIRT SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR COMPACTOR
A tire skirt support assembly for a compactor comprising a bracket and one or more skirt support members. The bracket can be oriented horizontally, and each skirt support member can have a body that is elongate with a first end and a second end opposite the first end. For each said skirt support member, the first end can be fixed to the bracket, and the second end can be below the bracket and is a free end configured to removably engage a skirt via an attachment opening in the skirt.
FABRIC FENDER
A fender for a vehicle includes a first set of an inner member and an outer member at a first position, and a second set of the inner member and the outer member at a second position that is longitudinally offset from the first position. The fender also includes a fabric disposed between the inner member and the outer member of the first set at a first end and the inner member and the outer member of the second set at a second end. The fabric extends longitudinally between the first set and the second set.

A recreational off-highway vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a plurality of wheels, a drive source, a vehicle body and a pair of headlights. At least one of the wheels is a drive wheel. The drive source supported by the vehicle frame. The vehicle body is provided to the vehicle frame. The vehicle body includes a front grille panel that has an air intake area defined by a plurality of intake air openings. The headlights are located primarily at a middle point of the front grille panel with respect to a vertical direction of the recreational off-highway vehicle.
Wheel housing liner assembly
A wheel housing liner assembly that includes a liner supporting bracket. The liner supporting bracket has a first portion, a second portion and a main portion that extends from the first portion to the second portion. The first portion is configured to attach to an inboard panel of a vehicle wheel housing structure. The second portion is configured to attach to a vehicle outboard fender panel. The main portion is configured to attach to a liner within a vehicle wheel housing structure.

The guard assembly includes a guard body having a rigid portion made of a first polymeric material and a flexible portion made of a second polymeric material different from the first polymeric material.
