Fairing Assembly for a Commercial Vehicle
A fairing assembly for a commercial vehicle is disclosed. The fairing assembly includes a fairing and a mounting system for mounting the fairing on a frame of the commercial vehicle. The mounting system includes a first mounting bracket assembly mounted on the fairing and a second mounting bracket assembly configured to be mounted on the frame. The mounting system is configured to hold the fairing in a covering position for laterally covering at least a major portion of a wheel of the commercial vehicle and allow the fairing and the first mounting bracket assembly to pivot from the covering position into an intermediate position and translationally move along the second mounting bracket assembly in a transverse direction of the commercial vehicle from the intermediate position into a stowed position in which the fairing rests on the second mounting bracket assembly via the first mounting bracket assembly.
Mud flap system
A mud flap system for a tractor is described. The mud flap system includes brackets that clamp or secure to a frame of the tractor. Lateral extensions engage to the brackets to support covers over a top surface of rear wheels of the tractor.

TIRE TREAD COLLECTION DEVICE
In some embodiments, a tire tread collection device is provided which may be coupled to any vehicle preferably having one or more tires. The device may include one or more vertical supports which may be coupled to a debris screen. The debris screen may have a first end, with a collection aperture, and a second end. The first end and collection aperture may be positioned behind and proximate to one or more tires of a vehicle. Preferably, the device may include a first vertical support and a second vertical support which may each be coupled to opposite sides of the collection aperture and which may also be coupled to an opposing side of the vehicle so that one or more tires are positioned approximately between the vertical supports. Tire debris thrown from the tires may enter the debris screen through the collection aperture of the first end and be retained therein between the first end and the second end.

Narrowed truck hood and associated method of modification
Modified vehicle hoods and methods of modifying truck hoods are provided herein. The modified vehicle hoods are narrowed in width compared to the original truck hood. The modified width of the modified hood may be less than the horizontal width between the forward support posts of a hauler rack, allowing the modified hood to be opened without contacting the support posts. Methods of modifying truck hoods include marking each of the pair of fenders of the vehicle with cut lines, cutting the pair of fenders to remove excess hood material, and then attaching a pair of fender panels to the pair of cut vehicle fenders.
