The first end of the reinforcement plate may at least partly have a bent shape that conforms with the uneven shape of the dash crossmember.

The high voltage battery unit mounted to the vehicle is installed under a center floor of the vehicle at the outdoor side. A drive shaft forming a drive device of the vehicle is installed to penetrate between battery built-in parts positioned at both sides with respect to a center tunnel to deliver the power of a powertrain mounted at the front of the vehicle to a rear wheel through the drive shaft.

A underbody structure includes a tunnel brace (22) laid on a floor tunnel (18) of a vehicle. The tunnel brace (22) has a front convex section (71), a central groove section (72) and a rear convex section (73). The tunnel brace (22) is formed so as to have an M-shaped cross section by the front convex section (71), the central groove section (72) and the rear convex section (73). The tunnel brace (22) is formed such that the width dimension of the tunnel brace in the vehicle body forward/rearward direction has a maximum value at right and left end portions (22a, 22b) and has a minimum value at a central section (22c).

A vehicle body structure and a vehicle are provided. The vehicle body structure includes a front longitudinal beam, a front compartment crossbeam, and a dash panel. The front longitudinal beam includes a left front longitudinal beam and a right front longitudinal beam that are disposed at an interval in a transverse direction. The front compartment crossbeam is mounted on the left front longitudinal beam and the right front longitudinal beam, and is located in front of the dash panel. A projection area of the front compartment crossbeam on the dash panel in an X direction at least partially covers a projection of a preset area surrounding a pedal center point on the dash panel in the X direction.

A battery unit is positioned under the floor of a vehicle chamber. A battery-side extension is provided on the lower surface of the front part of the battery unit case. A member-side extension member is provided, on the rear part of a suspension member, at a position facing the battery-side extension in the vehicle front-and-rear direction.

A front body of a vehicle includes left and right front side members extending forward from a left end part and a right end part of a lower end of a dash panel, an upper back beam connecting front ends of the front side members and extending in a width direction of the vehicle, left and right front center members extending forward from a central left part and a central right part of the lower end of the dash panel, a lower back beam connecting front ends of the front center members and extending in the width direction of the vehicle, and first and second support members, the first support member connecting the left front side member and the left front center member and the second support member connecting the right front side member and the right front center member.

A vehicle body structure for safely protecting a high-voltage, the vehicle body structure including: a battery mounted on bottom portions of a center floor and a rear floor; and a protective structure having a bottom portion on which a peripheral portion of the battery is mounted and including panels fitted to each other into a shape covering a peripheral portion of the center floor.
