CHASSIS PLATFORM MODULE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A chassis platform module for an electric vehicle may include: a frame part having a battery mounted thereon; a first support part extended from one side of the frame part in a longitudinal direction, and having a front wheel chassis module mounted thereon; and a second support part extended from the other side of the frame part in the longitudinal direction, and having a rear wheel chassis module mounted thereon.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electric vehicle may include a body; a low-voltage component disposed in a rear portion of the body; and at least one coupling member securing the low-voltage component to a plurality of securing portions of the body. The plurality of securing portions may include at least one first securing portion located forward of the low-voltage component in a vehicle front-rear direction and at least one second securing portion located rearward of the low-voltage component in the vehicle front-rear direction. A center of the at least one first securing portion and a center of the at least one second securing portion are located at different positions from each other in a vehicle vertical direction.
VEHICLE
A vehicle may include: a floor panel; a rocker extending along a side edge of the floor panel; a rear side member located on a rear side of the rocker and extending along a front-rear direction of the vehicle; and a suspension. The suspension may include a trailing arm; and a bracket connected to the trailing arm via a bush. The bracket may be fastened to the rocker at a first fastening point by a first bolt and fastened to the rear side member at a second fastening point by a second bolt.
SEAT SUPPORTING REINFORCEMENT BRACE
A vehicle having a reinforcement brace includes, among other things, an aft structure, a passenger side strut, a driver side strut, a passenger side load transfer frame coupling the aft structure to the passenger side strut and being configured to transfer a load applied to the aft structure from a rear of a vehicle to the passenger side strut, and a driver side load transfer frame coupling the aft structure to the driver side strut and being configured to transfer a load applied to the aft structure from the rear of the vehicle to the driver side strut.
Vehicle structure for side impact load path management
A side impact load management system for a vehicle having a vehicle frame includes a plurality of cross-vehicle support members extending from a first side of the vehicle to a second side of the vehicle. A first structural member extends in a first vertical plane parallel to a vehicle body axis defined by the vehicle frame and coupled to the vehicle frame, the first structural member connecting the plurality of cross-vehicle support members on the first side of the vehicle. A second structural member extends in a second vertical plane parallel to the vehicle body axis defined by the vehicle frame and coupled to the vehicle frame, the second structural member connecting the plurality of cross-vehicle support members on the second side of the vehicle. The first and second structural members are configured to transfer a side impact load simultaneously to the plurality of cross-vehicle support members.
Height adjustable cargo storage assembly
A cargo storage assembly for use on a floor of a vehicle may include an outer sidewall assembly defining an interior and an inner sidewall assembly disposed within the interior and slideably coupled with the outer sidewall assembly. A top panel may be coupled with the inner sidewall assembly and defining a floor surface, wherein the floor surface is operable between a raised position and a lowered position.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electric vehicle may include a body; a spare tire disposed in a rear portion of the body; and a brace fixed to the body, extending along a vehicle longitudinal direction, and supporting the spare tire from below. The brace may include a front end fixed to the body, a rear end fixed to the body at a position rearward of the front end, and a bent portion located between the front end and the rear end. The bent portion of the brace is located above a straight line extending between the front end and the rear end of the brace.
Rear Vehicle Body Structure
An embodiment rear vehicle body structure includes a rear floor structure coupled to rear side members respectively arranged on both sides of a vehicle body rear portion along a vehicle width direction and a cooling module mounting unit including cooling modules respectively connected to both sides of the vehicle body rear portion, wherein the cooling modules are respectively arranged on both sides of the rear floor structure along the vehicle width direction.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A vehicle body structure in a vehicle rear portion includes a first rear lateral ring-shaped vehicle body framework (RWC1) extending in a vehicle lateral direction in a vehicle body rear portion (1R) from vicinities of a pair of left and right damper support portions (54) supporting suspension dampers (55) and disposed in rear wheelhouses (52) at vehicle rear of side door openings (Es) of the vehicle. The vehicle body structure also includes coupling members (33) coupling longitudinal ring-shaped vehicle body frameworks (SLC) each having a substantially ring shape in a vehicle longitudinal direction to the first rear lateral ring-shaped vehicle body framework (RWC1).
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A vehicle body structure in a vehicle rear portion includes a second rear lateral ring-shaped vehicle body framework (RWC2) having a substantially ring shape in a vehicle lateral direction and located near a pair of left and right damper support portions (54) supporting suspension dampers (55) and disposed in rear wheelhouses (52) behind side door openings (Es) in the vehicle. The vehicle body structure includes coupling members (33) coupling a pair of left and right side pillars (42) constituting the second rear lateral ring-shaped vehicle body framework (RWC2) having the substantially ring shape to a pair of left and right wheelhouse reinforcements (53).
