VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE
A side load-transmitting member extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction and transmitting a load applied to a vehicle-inward side from a vehicle-outward side toward the vehicle-inward side is provided inside a side sill. A lower portion of the side sill is provided to overlap a battery case in a vehicle side view. The side load-transmitting member comprises a first vertical wall portion provided to overlap a floor-side cross member in the vehicle side view and a second vertical wall portion provided to overlap the battery case in the vehicle side view.
VEHICLE REAR STRUCTURE
This vehicle rear structure includes a rear floor pan, rear side frames each provided on an outer side of the rear floor pan in a vehicle width direction, and a cross portion configured to connect the rear side frames provided on both sides in the vehicle width direction, and the cross portion has a cross ridge portion provided in front of the rear floor pan and extending in the vehicle width direction, and an extension member having a first end portion connected to the cross ridge portion and a second end portion disposed at a side opposite to the first end portion in the vehicle width direction and connected to the rear side frames.
LOWER STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
A lower structure for a vehicle includes a battery unit which is provided under a vehicle body floor, a frame member which extends in a front-rear direction on a vehicle-width-direction outer side of the battery unit, a high-voltage cable which extends forward from a front portion of the battery unit, and a fixing member which fixes a rear portion of the battery unit to the frame member, and the fixing member is configured to be fractured when an inward collision load in a vehicle width direction is input to a position in front of a position of a center of gravity of a first battery unit.
LOWER STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
There are provided a pair of side sills provided at both outward sides, in a vehicle width direction, of a vehicle body and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction, first and second battery units provided below a floor panel on respective inward sides, in the vehicle width direction, of and adjacently to the side sills, the first and second battery units being spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction, and a connecting member interconnecting the first and second battery units. The connecting member comprises a vehicle-width-direction connection portion to interconnect the first and second battery units so as to transmit a load, in the vehicle width direction, therebetween and plural deformation promotion portions provided adjacently to the vehicle-width-direction connection portion so as to cause deformation at the vehicle-width-direction connection portion when receiving the load caused by a vehicle side collision.
Body structure for vehicle
A body structure for a vehicle includes an A-pillar and a side sill, wherein the A-pillar includes a vertical front pillar; a front roof pillar extending from an upper end of the vertical front pillar toward an upper rear side thereof; a first reinforcing plate provided in the vertical front pillar and extending in the same direction with the vertical front pillar; and a second reinforcing plate provided in the front roof pillar extending in the same direction with the front roof pillar. The side sill is connected to a lower end of the vertical front pillar and extending along a horizontal direction. The first reinforcing plate is formed to cover a front door hinge mounting portion in the A-pillar and a connection portion of the vertical front pillar and the side sill. An uncoupled portion is formed between the second reinforcing plate and the first reinforcing plate.
Floor Body for Vehicle
An embodiment floor body for a vehicle includes a floor panel including an upper surface and an integrated frame coupled to the upper surface of the floor panel, the integrated frame including a pair of side sill upper portions extending in a front/rear direction of the vehicle to be spaced apart from each other in a right/left direction of the vehicle and a cross member extending in the right/left direction of the vehicle to connect the side sill upper portions on either side, wherein the pair of side sill upper portions and the cross member are integrally molded.
UNDER BODY STRUCTURE OF AUTOMOBILE
An under body structure of an automobile enabling batteries to be mounted on an automobile by a simple configuration and efficiently transferring load at the time of a collision, that is, an under body structure 100 of an automobile provided with a body floor 110 forming a floor part of the automobile and batteries 50 (battery cells or battery modules) directly suspended from and fastened to a bottom side of the body floor 110.
Methods for producing a three-dimensional vehicle door frame inner reinforcement element, for producing a vehicle door frame and for producing a vehicle reinforcement structure
A method is for producing a three-dimensional vehicle door frame inner reinforcement element (52) including an inner center pillar part (66), an inner front pillar part (68) and an inner side rail part (64) joining the inner center pillar part (66) and the inner front pillar part (68). The method includes providing an inner center pillar blank, an inner front pillar blank and an inner side rail blank, said inner blanks being substantially planar, assembling the inner center pillar blank and the inner front pillar blank to the inner side rail blank in order to form a substantially planar door frame inner reinforcement blank, and hot stamping the door frame inner reinforcement blank to shape the three-dimensional door frame inner reinforcement element (52).
Electric vehicle structure
An electric vehicle structure may include a floor panel; a center tunnel disposed at a center of the floor panel in a vehicle width direction, extending along a vehicle front-rear direction, and projecting upward from the floor panel; a dash panel disposed at front ends of the floor panel and the center tunnel; and a front reinforcement attached to an inner surface of a peripheral wall of the center tunnel and extending rearward from the dash panel through the center tunnel.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A vehicle body structure for an electric vehicle includes: a battery disposed at a center lower portion of a vehicle body; a side sill being hollow and extending in a vehicle body front-rear direction outside in a vehicle width direction of the battery; a bridge beam member being hollow, disposed below the side sill and outside in the vehicle width direction of the battery, extending in the vehicle body front-rear direction, and having a cross section perpendicular to the vehicle body front-rear direction formed as a closed cross section; and at least one bridge pier member made of steel, extending in the vehicle width direction from the battery toward the bridge beam member, and having a cross section perpendicular to the vehicle width direction forming at least a part of a closed cross-sectional shape.
