Vehicle body front structure
This vehicle body front structure includes a front side frame (14) which extends in a forward and rearward direction of a vehicle body, and a side wall member (52) which is provided outside the front side frame (14) in a vehicle width direction and joined to the front side frame (14), wherein the front side frame (14) has at least three folding portions, which include a first folding portion (24), a second folding portion (25), and a third folding portion (26) capable of being bent by an impact load (F1, F3) input from in front of a vehicle, in this order at intervals from a front toward a rear of the vehicle body, and has a reinforcing panel (65) which is provided between the second folding portion (25) and the third folding portion (26) among the side wall members (52), is stacked on a compression portion (81) on which a compressive force (F2, F4) acts from the impact load (F1, F3), and has a vertical bead (87).
Lower vehicle-body structure of electric vehicle
A lower vehicle-body structure of an electric vehicle that can ensure desired resistance to rear-end collision even if a tunnel of a front floor panel is eliminated. The lower vehicle-body structure of the electric vehicle includes a pair of left and right side sills; a substantially flat front floor panel; a first floor cross member and a second floor cross member connecting the left and right side sills in a vehicle-width direction. The lower vehicle-body structure further includes a kick-up portion raised from a rear end of the front floor panel toward a vehicle upper side; a rear floor panel connected to a vehicle rear side of the kick-up portion; and a kick-up reinforcing element connecting a substantial middle of the kick-up portion in the vehicle-width direction and the front floor panel in front of the substantial middle of the kick-up portion.
Body Structure for a Motor Vehicle
A body structure for a motor vehicle includes two inner sills having an undulating cross section, a floor panel arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle between the inner sills, and two funnel-shaped force-introducing elements which are connected in respective front sill regions to the inner sills and widen in a funnel-shaped manner transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and, behind respective front wheelhouse regions, are supported on the rear side by their respective widened end region on a bulkhead of the body structure. A motor vehicle includes a body structure of this kind.
Vehicle Body Structure
In an embodiment, a vehicle body structure includes a dash cross member disposed on an upper surface of a dash floor in a lateral direction of a vehicle. A lower side member is coupled to a lower side of the dash floor to face the dash cross member and coupled to a side wall of a side sill. A body mounting bracket is provided under the lower side member and coupled to a frame.
ELECTRIC-VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE HAVING A CENTER FRAME THAT IS HIGHER THAN A FLOOR PANEL
A vehicle-body structure includes a floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space, a center frame disposed to be higher than and away from the floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space and extending in a front-rear direction, and connecting members each extending upward from the floor panel, having an upper portion fixed to the center frame, and connecting the center frame to the floor panel.
ELECTRIC-VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE HAVING A CENTER FRAME THAT IS HIGHER THAN A FLOOR PANEL
An electric-vehicle-body structure includes a floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space, and a center frame disposed to be higher than and away from the floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space and extending in a front-rear direction. A battery unit includes battery frames disposed at a lower position than the floor panel and extending in the front-rear direction. Such a positional relation is achieved in which the battery frames and the center frame overlap each other in a plan view.
VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE HAVING A CENTER FRAME THAT IS HIGHER THAN A FLOOR PANEL
A vehicle-body structure includes a first floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space, a dash panel, a second floor panel provided on a vehicle rear side of the occupant space, a connection panel connecting a rear portion of the first floor panel and a front portion of the second floor panel, and a center frame disposed to be higher than and away from the first floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space and extending in a front-rear direction. A front portion of the center frame is connected to the dash panel. A rear portion of the center frame is connected to the connection panel.
VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE WITH CONTROLLER
A vehicle-body structure may include a floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space, a center frame disposed to be higher than and away from the floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space and extending in a vehicle front-rear direction, and a control device configured to control a control target unit mounted on an automobile. The control device may be arranged at a lower position than a vehicle front portion of the center frame.
VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE WITH HEAT EXCHANGER
A vehicle-body structure may include a floor panel, a dash panel extending upward from a vehicle front portion of the floor panel and partitioning a vehicle front portion of an occupant space, a cooler disposed on a vehicle front side of the dash panel, a control device disposed in the occupant space, and a supply pipe through which a heat exchange medium subjected to heat exchange at a heat exchanger is supplied to the control device. The heat exchanger may be closer to the control device than a powertrain PT mounted on an automobile.
ELECTRIC-VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE WITH CENTER FRAME
An electric-vehicle vehicle-body structure may include: a floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space; a center frame having a hollow shape, disposed to be higher than and away from the floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space, and extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; and an air introducing duct that provides communication between an air-conditioning device and inside of the center frame and through which air-conditioned air is introduced into the center frame.
