SLIDER FOR TRACK ASSEMBLY OF MACHINE
A slider for a track assembly of a machine is provided. The slider includes an elongated base portion coupled to a frame and a sliding portion extending from the elongated base portion. The sliding portion includes an outer surface configured to slidably engage with a track link of the track assembly. The sliding portion includes a set of wear indicators defined in the outer surface. The set of wear indicators includes a first wear indicator and a second wear indicator. The first and the second wear indicators are located at a first predefined thickness and a second predefined thickness respectively, measured along a central axis of the sliding portion. Further, the first wear indicator indicates partial wear of the sliding portion and the second wear indicator indicates substantial wear of the sliding portion.
MODULAR RAIL SLIDES
Devices, methods, and systems, for a modular rail slide are described herein. One or more embodiments include a modular rail slide, comprising: a first slide module comprising a first number of inserts coupled to the first slide module, and a second slide module, coupled to the first slide module, comprising a second number of inserts, and wherein the second slide module is coupled to a first coupling end of the first slide module.
Slider for supporting a track
A slider includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment includes a first upper surface, a first lower surface, and a first interior surface that connects the first upper surface to the first lower surface. The first upper surface is configured to support a track. The first interior surface includes a first component of an attachment mechanism. The second segment includes a second upper surface, a second lower surface, and a second interior surface that connects the second upper surface to the second lower surface. The second upper surface is configured to support the track. The second interior surface includes a second component of the attachment mechanism that is configured to be removably attached to the first component.
Track assembly and vehicle
Kit of front and rear track assemblies mountable on a drive axle of a vehicle. The front track assembly has a frame, a leading idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a leading idler wheel axis, a trailing idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a trailing idler wheel axis, a drive wheel assembly, and at least two slide rails. The slide rails have corresponding forward-facing portions, central portions, and rearward-facing portions. The rear track assembly has slide rails having a bottom surface with an upward curvature. A vehicle having the front and rear track assemblies.
Guide rail for crawler track
A replaceable guide rail for a crawler includes a base that has a flange. The replaceable guide rail further includes a hole extending laterally through the flange that is configured to receive a fastener to secure a portion of the crawler to the flange, a guide member extending along the centerline and being configured to contact a track portion of the crawler and be worn down during movement of the track portion over the guide member, and a wear indicator positioned in the guide member configured to indicate whether the guide rail is in condition for replacement. The guide member has a thickness that is reduced as the guide member is worn down. The wear indicator is covered while the thickness is in a first range of thickness, and the wear indicator is exposed while the thickness is in a second range of thickness.
TRACK ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE
Track assembly mountable on a drive axle of a vehicle. The track assembly has a frame, a leading idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a leading idler wheel axis, a trailing idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a trailing idler wheel axis, a drive wheel assembly, and at least two slide rails. The slide rails have corresponding forward-facing portions, central portions, and rearward-facing portions. The slide rails having a bottom surface with aforward horizontal projection which is greater than a central portion length. A vehicle having the track assembly.
Crawler unit and trolley for bad road using the same
Provided is a lightweight crawler unit which is capable of swiveling, suitable for a trolley for bad roads, and used for transportation in muddy places such as snowy roads, sandy ground, and fields, and disaster sites. A crawler includes a plurality of inner attachments provided inside thereof toward a frame to have a band-shape, overhang edges 70 protruding in a left and right direction of a rail provided on a circumference of the frame, and overhang edges 34 protruding in a left and right direction of each of the inner attachments, in a space K enclosed between the overhang edges 34 facing each other, the overhang edges 70 are inserted, the overhang edges 34, 70 are set in a positional relation in which they overlap with each other in an up and down direction, and the crawler circulates around pulleys, while the inner attachments are restricted along the rail.
Support structure having a seal for a track assembly and support structure having a guide rail
A support structure, which is for a track system, includes a shaft, a wheel assembly and a deformable portion. The wheel assembly is connectable to the shaft, which has a shoulder at one end, such that a lateral side of the wheel assembly is engageable with the shoulder. The deformable portion is connected to one of the shaft and the wheel assembly, and is disposed, when the wheel assembly is connected to the shaft, between the lateral side of the wheel assembly and the shoulder. The deformable portion is configured to, when deformed, provide a seal between the shaft and the lateral side of the wheel assembly.
Slider wheel having a plurality of slider surfaces
A slider wheel for a track support assembly may include a first side surface, a second side surface, and a plurality of distinct, arc-shaped slider surfaces, the plurality of slider surfaces forming a non-circular sliding circumferential surface located between the first side surface and the second side surface. The slider wheel may also include a plurality of pin holes in at least one of the first side surface and the second side surface, the plurality of pin holes being configured to secure the slider wheel in position.
