GREASABLE HUB FOR A CONTINUOUS TRACK SYSTEM
A greasable axle and hub kit assembly and method of installing the greasable axle and hub kit assembly in the frame of a continuous tread machine is provided. The greasable axle and hub kit assembly utilizes at least an inner seal, greased bearing, an anti-spin washer, a fastener, an outer dust cap, an inner seal protector, and an outer seal protection cap to provide for an axle and hub kit assembly with an improved lifetime and a reduced chance of blowouts. The greasable axle and hub kit may further comprise a coupled grease zerk for applying grease to the interior of the hub portion, providing lubrication to the interior components. The greasable axle and hub kit may even further comprise a pilot flange for attaching wheels of varying sizes and materials to the greasable axle and hub kit.
A LINKAGE UNIT FOR A ROLLER CHAIN LINK ASSEMBLY SUITABLE FOR USE IN A CATERPILLAR TRACK
The present invention relates to a linkage unit (101) for a roller chain link assembly of a caterpillar track, the unit comprising a bushing (102) which has a body and a seat (103) retaining a sealing member (104) at each of the respective axial ends of the body, an outer roller (105) mounted on the bushing (102) for rotation relative to the bushing (102) and means for reducing friction (106) disposed between the internal surface of the outer roller (105) and the outer surface of the bushing (102). The present invention also relates to a roller chain link assembly (110) having the aforementioned linkage unit (101) and a caterpillar track (301) suitable for use in track-type machines employing the roller chain link assembly (110).
UNITARY LINK AND TRACK CHAIN ASSEMBLY OF A WORK VEHICLE
In accordance with the present disclosure, a track chain assembly for a work vehicle may comprise of a link set, a unitary link, and a bushing assembly. The link set may include a first link and a second link. The unitary link may include a single link. The bushing assembly may couple the link set and the unitary link for relative rotation between the link set and the unitary link.
LINK ASSEMBLY AND SEAL ASSEMBLY
A link assembly includes a first member, a second member opposing the first member and being rotatable around a rotating shaft, a seal housing formed between the first and second members, and a seal assembly disposed inside the seal housing. The seal assembly has a seal ring and a load ring. The seal ring has a support ring and a lip ring. The seal ring is disposed between the first member and the load ring. The load ring is disposed between the seal ring and the second member. The lip ring abuts the load ring. The lip ring has a first lip part that abuts the first member and protrudes in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a second lip part that abuts the second member and protrudes in a radial direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
Seal assembly
A seal assembly for sealing a lubricant space that is formed between a pin, a track shoe pressed-on onto one end of the pin, and a sleeve of a track. The sleeve is pushed onto the pin and is swivelable on the pin. The track further includes at least one second track shoe pressed onto one end of the sleeve. The seal assembly provides a first seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe, and an elastic ring for applying pressure to the first seal ring. The seal assembly further provides a second seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between sleeve and the first track shoe and/or the pin.
TRACK JOINT ASSEMBLY FOR GROUND-ENGAGING TRACK HAVING TRACK PIN WITH ENLARGED CENTER SECTION
A track joint assembly includes a first track chain and a second track chain, and a track pin including a first pin end, a second pin end, and a center section. A track guiding space extends between the first track chain and the second track chain. The center section of the track pin has an enlarged diameter, relative to first and second pin ends, and an outer wear surface exposed to the track guiding space. The outer wear surface may directly contact a rotatable track-engaging element in a ground-engaging track system, such as a sprocket.
Track assembly for a machine
A track link assembly comprises a plurality of link subassemblies. Each link subassembly may include a pair of links coupled together. Each link may include a first aperture and a second aperture, and the second aperture of each link may be larger than the first aperture. The track link assembly may include a pin element extending through the first aperture of a first link and the second aperture of a second link in each link subassembly. The track link assembly may include a bushing element with a central opening. The bushing element may surround a portion of the pin element and extend through the second aperture of the second link of each link subassembly. The bushing element may include at least one hole configured to couple a track shoe to the bushing element.
THREADED IDLER BLOCK CAP
A replacement kit for a rotating member attachment assembly includes a first thrust washer defining a first thrust washer diameter and a first thrust washer axial thickness, and a first end cap defining a first end cap axial thickness and including a first end cap circumferential surface defining a first end cap diameter that is greater than the first thrust washer diameter. The first end cap circumferential surface includes external threads.
SLEEVE BEARING HAVING A FLARED END
A cartridge pin assembly in a track chain assembly includes a sleeve bearing having a flared end.
SEAL GUARD FOR CRAWLER
A final drive seal guard for a track-type tractor comprising a base component adapted to be stationarily fixed to the tractor and to surround a portion of a spindle housing of the final drive, a sprocket component adapted to be carried on and surround a portion of a sprocket hub of the final drive that rotates about an axis, and an intermediate component adapted to be bolted over the exterior of one of said base and sprocket components and surround portions of both of said base and sprocket components, the intermediate component and another of said base or sprocket components being mutually arranged to form a radially extending sealing gap at a potential path of debris into the guard at a location free of a relatively long axial gap upstream in said potential path.
