TRACK ASSEMBLY FOR A TRACKED VEHICLE

The invention relates to a track assembly for a tracked vehicle. Said track assembly comprises a track support beam configured to support road wheels, a drive wheel member, and a drive arrangement for drive wheel member operation and an endless track disposed around said road wheels and drive wheel member. Said drive arrangement comprises a drive unit for driving said drive wheel member, wherein said drive arrangement comprises a drive axle being configured to be coaxially arranged relative to a centre axis of said drive wheel member for rotating said drive wheel member. Said drive unit is configured to be journaled in bearings to a portion of the drive axle. Said drive unit comprises a torque arm configured to be connected to said track support beam so as to essentially prevent rotation of said drive unit about said centre axis.

TRACK ASSEMBLY

An endless vehicle track assembly with improved response to pitch, roll and yaw includes an adjustable main frame supported for tilting movement on an axis transverse to the main frame. The main frame first end is equipped with a tensioning bracket that includes a first axle tube to accommodate a first axle with end wheels in spaced apart relation to each other. The main frame second end is equipped with a pivotal alignment bracket having a second axle tube to accommodate a second axle with a second set of end wheels in spaced apart relation to each other. The main frame body is equipped with a reinforcing bracket pivotally attached to a main frame top side intermediate the first and second ends and equipped with an implement axle tube for pivotal movement relative to said mainframe. A plurality of bogie wheels are attached to the roller beams.

The present invention relates to a suspension arrangement for a tracked vehicle. The suspension arrangement includes a road wheel arm having a wheel axle portion for supporting a wheel of the vehicle and a pivot axle portion. The road wheel arm is pivotably journalled at the pivot axle portion to a housing that is fixable to the vehicle body. A torsion bar is connected to the pivot axle portion and a torsion tube is arranged to be connected to the vehicle body, with the torsion bar running through the torsion tube and arranged to be connected to the torsion tube. The modulus of elasticity of the torsion tube material is lower than the modulus of elasticity of the torsion bar material such that the maximum suspension travel is increased.

Track system having low vibrations

The present invention generally relates to vehicle and machinery in agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and powersport. It further generally relates to track systems and traction assemblies used with such vehicles. The track assembly includes components having particular features that, alone or in combination, participate in decreasing the vibrations 5 undergone by the vehicle. According to embodiments, split frames are used with suspension, tandem subassemblies, tridem subassemblies, adjustable damping components, drive shaft openings, lowering of resulting the track band tension and rosta assemblies.

SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY FOR A MACHINE

A suspension assembly for a machine is provided. The suspension assembly includes a first suspension structure and a second suspension structure. The first suspension structure includes a first suspension pad and a first support plate coupled to the first suspension pad. The first support plate has a first interlock component formed therein. The second suspension structure includes a second suspension pad and a second support plate coupled to the second suspension pad. The second support plate has a second interlock component formed therein. The second interlock component is complimentary to the first interlock component and configured to engage with the first interlock component.
