The present invention generally relates to vehicle and machinery in agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and powersport. It further generally relates to track systems and traction assemblies used with such vehicles. The track assembly includes components having particular features that, alone or in combination, participate in decreasing the vibrations 5 undergone by the vehicle. According to embodiments, split frames are used with suspension, tandem subassemblies, tridem subassemblies, adjustable damping components, drive shaft openings, lowering of resulting the track band tension and rosta assemblies.

Provided herein are a suspension apparatus and a specialized vehicle including the same. The suspension apparatus includes a crankshaft fixed to a vehicle body, a housing rotatably connected to the crankshaft, a first damping portion arranged in the housing and having a damping fluid accommodated in the first damping portion, an amount of the damping fluid in the first damping portion being adjusted according to an external force applied to the vehicle body, a second damping portion arranged in the housing, connected to the first damping portion such that the damping fluid moves between the first damping portion and the second damping portion, and including: a first space accommodating a compressed gas; and a second space accommodating the damping fluid, the first space facing the second space; and a rotational force applier arranged in the housing and configured to apply a rotational force to the housing by adjusting an amount of a working fluid in the rotational force applier.

A track unit may include one or more bogies arranged between front and rear guide wheels. The bogies are provided with wheel pairs that are rotatably arranged about a longitudinal axis of the bogie itself, and capable of adapting individually to transversal oscillations caused by the terrain. The track drive includes a driving wheel, a front deflection roller, a rear deflection roller, a continuous caterpillar track around the driving wheel and the deflection rollers, and middle rollers between the front and rear deflection roller. The track drive further includes a track frame and a swing frame. Using the swing frame, the track drive pivots about a first axis of the agricultural production machine, and the track frame pivots about a second axis of the swing frame. The second axis is at a distance from the first axis, and a spring system or damper system is positioned between the track frame and the pivot frame. The deflection rollers are positioned on the track frame with the middle rollers positioned on a common support element, which is positioned pivotably about a third axis on the track frame.

A track drive of an agricultural production machine is disclosed. The track drive includes a driving wheel, a front deflection roller, a rear deflection roller, a continuous caterpillar track around the driving wheel and the deflection rollers, and middle rollers between the front and rear deflection roller. The track drive further includes a track frame and a swing frame. Using the swing frame, the track drive pivots about a first axis of the agricultural production machine, and the track frame pivots about a second axis of the swing frame. The second axis is at a distance from the first axis, and a spring system or damper system is positioned between the track frame and the pivot frame. The deflection rollers are positioned on the track frame with the middle rollers positioned on a common support element, which is positioned pivotably about a third axis on the track frame.
TRACK ROLLER UNIT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL WORKING MACHINE
A track roller unit for an agricultural working machine has at least one first guide roller and one second guide roller. The first guide roller is mounted on a first supporting arm and the second guide roller is mounted on a second supporting arm. At least one support roller is situated between the guide rollers, and a track belt wraps around the guide rollers and the at least one support roller. A hydropneumatic damping element is assigned to at least one guide roller and/or one support roller. At least one regulated restrictor device, which is assigned to a damping element, is provided and is designed in such a way that its flow resistance is adjustable during the operation of the track roller unit.

An undercarriage assembly of a work machine includes a drive wheel, front and rear idler wheels and a plurality of supporting mid-rollers. A belt disposed about the drive and idler wheels. A roller frame defines a main pivot axis located between front and rear ends. The front idler wheel is connected to the front end of the track roller frame. A major bogie having a forward bogie arm and a trailing bogie arm pivotably connects to the roller frame. The rear idler wheel connects to the trailing bogie arm. The major bogie pivot is offset from the main pivot along the roller frame such that the major bogie pivot is between the main pivot and the rear end of the roller frame. A minor bogie is connected to the major bogie at a minor bogie pivot defining a minor bogie pivot axis with the mid-rollers mounted on the minor bogie.
