Wear inserts cast in a wear surface of a drive component
A drive component is disclosed. The drive component may include a base of a first material having a first hardness and a plurality of wear inserts of a second material having a second hardness greater than the first hardness. The plurality of wear inserts may extend from an interior of the base to an exterior surface of the base. The base and the plurality of wear inserts may be a composite casting.
TRACK LINK FOR A TRACK JOINT ASSEMBLY HAVING WEAR BAND WITH LENGTHWISE-VARIED HARDNESS
A track link for a ground-engaging track system includes an elongate link body having an upper rail surface located in part upon each of a first link strap, a second link strap, and a middle section of the track link. The upper rail surface is formed by a wear band of sacrificial wear material having a hardness that is varied lengthwise along the upper rail surface to retard scalloping of the track link during service and forming relatively softer zones in the first and second link straps and a relatively harder zone within the middle section. Methodology for making such a track link is also disclosed.
BUSHING FOR A TRACK ASSEMBLY
A bushing assembly for a track assembly includes a first end element, a second end element, and a central element positioned between the first end element and the second end element. The central element may be interference fit or positioned between the first end element and the second end element, and the central element may include a greater hardness than the first and second end elements. The first end element, the second end element, and the central element form a bushing with a longitudinal opening extending longitudinally through the bushing.
VEHICLE TRACK SHOE PAD
In some examples, a shoe pad for a grouser of a vehicle track defines a slot configured to receive a bracket that is configured to attach the shoe pad to a grouser. For example, a first arm of a bracket may be inserted into the slot and a second arm of the bracket may be configured to contact an interior side of a grouser of a vehicle track to attach the shoe pad to the grouser. In some examples, the shoe pad and the bracket may be held to the grouser with the aid of a bolt, which bolt may not extend through the grouser, but, rather, may merely engage with an exterior side of the grouser. In this way, the shoe pad may be able to be attached to a grouser without requiring one or more holes to be present in the grouser, while still providing a relatively tight fit with the grouser the shoe pad is configured to cover.
ATTACHABLE TRACK SHOE COVER
A track shoe cover is disclosed. The track shoe cover may include a roller engaging surface, and a shoe engaging surface. The shoe engaging surface may comprise a shoe engaging recess defined on at least two opposite sides by a set of side walls, and a respective attachment groove included in the set of side walls. The respective attachment groove may be configured to facilitate mechanical connection of the track shoe cover and a crawler shoe.
Crawler track
A crawler track includes a link and is driven in a direction of travel by a sprocket having a plurality of teeth. The link includes a pad, a first grouser, and a second grouser. The pad defines a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a first end, and a second end spaced apart from the first end along the direction of travel. The pad defines at least one opening extending through the pad between the first surface and the second surface, and the opening is operable to receive a sprocket tooth. The first grouser is positioned on the first surface proximate the first end of the pad, while the second grouser is positioned on the first surface proximate the second end of the pad. The first grouser and the second grouser extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of travel of the track.
CHAIN DRIVE
Drive systems of the present disclosure include a drive member and a stationary counter-toothing arranged along a transport path. The drive member has an endless chain for mutual engagement with the counter-toothing to transmit a driving force, and at least one drive pinion for mutual engagement with the chain and for driving the chain. Guide components are provided at the chain. The drive system may further include a guide element for guiding the guide components of the chain.

Aquaculture net cleaner track belt
A drive system for a net cleaner to produce efficient propulsion without damage to the cage net. The drive system includes flexible engagement stumps protruding from a base of a driving belt with tips or studs mounted on an end of the stumps. The tips or studs engage the net and propel the net cleaner. The stumps flex to insure that. if excessive pressure is applied to a stud, the stump will bend and the net will release without damage. A guard prevents the stump from directly engaging a cage net. A track belt produces efficient propulsion without damage to the cage net. The track belt includes flexible engagement stumps protruding from a base of a driving belt with tips or studs mounted on an end of the stumps.
SYSTEMS FOR COINCIDENT GAMBLING HYBRID GAMING
Systems for providing a coincident gambling hybrid game having coincident gambling and game events is disclosed. The systems involve receive an input from a player. An action event in the game is then determined from the input. A gambling event that is associated with the action event is then determined. Any wagers on the gambling event are also. The results of the gambling event are then determined and the wagers are resolved. A random outcome used to determine a result of the gambling event is then used to change variables in a set of game variables and are applied in the game.
