Track Assembly With Inner And Outer Support Wheels
An endless track assembly that mounts to a vehicle drive linkage. The track assembly includes a belted track, drive sprocket and serial sets of pivoting internal idler wheel rocker suspensions that support interior track surfaces. Pinch wheels are supported in contact with the terrain engaging track surface. Frame and/or sprocket mounted tensioners establish track tension. Resilient torsion support assemblies, rollers and/or layers of resilient and/or slippery materials are incorporated between the track assembly and vehicle frame/chassis to prevent damage to the vehicle as the track assembly rises and falls with terrain changes.
Undercarriage system for a tracked work vehicle
An undercarriage system for a tracked work vehicle is provided that includes a tensioning system configured to provide tension to a continuous track. Additionally, the undercarriage system includes an undercarriage beam having a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is located on an upper face of the undercarriage beam and is configured to enable insertion of the tensioning system inside a cavity of the undercarriage beam. The second opening is located at one longitudinal end of the undercarriage beam and is configured to enable a portion of the tensioning system to extend through the second opening. Furthermore, the tensioning system pivotably couples to an idler wheel via a pivot assembly, and the idler wheel is configured to engage the continuous track.
ROBOTIC VEHICLE
A robotic vehicle includes a chassis, a cabin, a driving device, a plurality of detection devices, and a control device. The cabin is installed in the upper portion of the chassis. The driving device is positioned on the chassis for moving the robotic vehicle and rotating the cabin. A plurality of detection devices and a control device are installed for reconnoitering an area. The two sides of the chassis are coupled to track wheels, and a front portion of the chassis is coupled to a climbing support mechanism.
TRACK SYSTEM SLACK ADJUSTER FOR TRACKED VEHICLE
An undercarriage assembly of a work machine includes a drive wheel, front and rear idler wheels and a plurality of supporting mid-rollers. A belt disposed about the drive and idler wheels. A roller frame defines a main pivot axis located between front and rear ends. The front idler wheel is connected to the front end of the track roller frame. A major bogie having a forward bogie arm and a trailing bogie arm pivotably connects to the roller frame. The rear idler wheel connects to the trailing bogie arm. A swing link is pivotably connected to the trailing bogie arm, wherein the rear idler wheel is mounted on the swing link. A hydraulic cylinder connected between the rear end of the track roller frame and the swing link rotates the swing link to maintain desired tension in the track belt.
CRAWLER VEHICLE DRIVE SYSTEM AND CRAWLER VEHICLE COMPRISING SUCH A DRIVE SYSTEM
A crawler vehicle drive system, in particular for a crawler vehicle configured to groom ski slopes, having: a drive wheel rotating about a first rotation axis; an idle wheel rotating about a second rotation axis parallel to the first rotation axis); and a track looped around the drive wheel and the idle wheel, and comprising a plurality of belts made of an elastomeric material and a plurality of metal grousers fixed to the belt; wherein at least one belt has at least one continuous toothed strip extending along the inner face of the belt and configured to mesh with the drive wheel.
Track system with adjustable idler wheels and method of using the same
A track system for use as a wheel replacement on typically wheeled vehicle is disclosed. The track system comprises a drive wheel configured to be mounted to the vehicle, a support frame, front and rear idler wheels respectively pivotally mounted at the front and at the rear of the support frame, road wheels pivotally mounted along the support frame between the front and read idler wheels, and an endless track mounted about the wheels. The position of the front and/or rear idler wheels is adjustable in order to modify the overall shape of the perimeter of the track system generally defined by the endless track, thereby changing the riding behavior of the track system. A method to change the position of the adjustable idler wheels is also disclosed.
ARTICULATION ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE WITH A TRACK SYSTEM
An articulation assembly for an axle of a wheel assembly of a vehicle track system comprising: a composite movement component configured to connect the axle to a track system frame, and to permit the axle to move relative to the frame as a composite movement having a composite axis, the composite axis extending along a longitudinal centre plane of the track system, the composite movement comprising a yaw movement component and a roll movement component such that when the axle of the wheel assembly moves relative to the frame, the roll movement component and the yaw movement component occur simultaneously.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE SUCH AS A SNOWMOBILE OR AN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV)
A track system for traction of an off-road vehicle such as a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). The track system comprises a track-engaging assembly and a track disposed around the track-engaging assembly. The track system may be configured to have a reduced noise profile so as to generate less noise, enhanced track rigidity characteristics to improve its traction and floatation, and/or other features improving use and performance of the off-road vehicle.
TRACK ASSEMBLY FOR FARM IMPLEMENT
A track assembly for assisting in moving a farm implement along a ground surface in a line of travel is provided. The track assembly includes a tilt arm comprising front and rear ends. The track assembly includes a camber arm coupled to the tilt arm such that the camber arm permits the tilt arm to pivot about a first axis perpendicular to the line of travel and a second axis parallel to the line of travel. The camber arm is located between the front and rear ends of the tilt arm.
Track assembly and vehicle
Kit of front and rear track assemblies mountable on a drive axle of a vehicle. The front track assembly has a frame, a leading idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a leading idler wheel axis, a trailing idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a trailing idler wheel axis, a drive wheel assembly, and at least two slide rails. The slide rails have corresponding forward-facing portions, central portions, and rearward-facing portions. The rear track assembly has slide rails having a bottom surface with an upward curvature. A vehicle having the front and rear track assemblies.
