The present disclosure provides an apparatus, process, manufacturing method, and methods of use for an airbag and/or airbag replacement for an air ride suspension system. The disclosure may include replacement and/or new installation of a no-flat airbag to be used in an air suspension system, thus reducing waste and costs associated with suspension system repair. Utilizing the system and process disclosed herein, a broken and/or punctured airbag of an existing airbag suspension system is repaired and utilized in operation. Furthermore, the system provides for utilizing new airbags in the same.

A transport device and a transport method for transporting a power unit mount body are provided. The transport device is for transporting the power unit mount body including a power source, a subframe, and a torque rod connected to the power source and the subframe in a front-rear direction to a lower side of a vehicle frame. The transport device includes a pallet and a transport body. The power unit mount body in a suspended state is placed on the pallet. The transport body transports the pallet on which the power unit mount body is placed to the lower side of the vehicle frame. The pallet includes a clamp mechanism clamping the power source of the power unit mount body in a left-right direction.

Articulating locating and retention member
An alignment member includes a first body member having a first end and a second end longitudinally opposite the first end, a second body member having a first end and a second end longitudinally opposite the first end, the second body member coupled to the first body member such that the first and second body members define a longitudinal axis of the alignment member, a first base member coupled to the second body member, a second base member rotatably coupled to the first base member, and a locking mechanism configured to engage with the first base member. The first base member rotates relative to the second base member to position the alignment member from a first position to a second position and the locking mechanism engages with the first base member to retain the alignment member in the second position.

A vehicle body production system includes a plurality of turntables including a plurality of jigs disposed therein and configured to weld and assemble a panel, a supply robot configured to grip the panel and supply the panel to the turntable, an assembly robot provided beside the turntable and configured to weld and assemble the panel supplied to the turntable, a take-out robot configured to take out the welded and assembled panel, and a control unit configured to control the supply robot to grip a plurality of panels and supply the plurality of panels to the turntable depending on a vehicle type, to control the assembly robot to sequentially weld and assemble the supplied panels while rotating the turntable depending on the vehicle type, and to control the take-out robot to take out the welded and assembled panels.
