Novel Bicycle Frame, Fork, and Frameset and Method for Constructing the Same
A novel bicycle frameset created from a novel frame assembly and a novel fork assembly, where the components of the frame are joined together via the friction stir welding of the tubular components to partial bracket members and where the joining of the partial bracket members via friction stir welding rigidly connects the tubular components to create the frame, and where the components of the fork are joined together via friction stir welding of tubular components to a fork crown, and where the fork and frame combine form the frameset.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TUBULAR HOLLOW PROFILE VEHICLE FRAME PARTS
A method for manufacturing a hollow vehicle frame part includes: removing material from a first side of a first billet, creating a first inner shape of a target vehicle frame; removing material from a first side of a second billet to create a second inner shape of a target vehicle frame; bonding the billets together at the faying surfaces on first sides of the billets so the inner shapes face each other; and removing material by machining from the second sides of the first and second billets to create target outer shape of the vehicle frame part. The method further includes forming additional faying surfaces adjacent and at an angle to the faying surfaces on the first sides of the first and second billets, which faying surfaces together form a rabbet-type joint where the first billet and second billet are bonded. A corresponding us vehicle frame is also disclosed.

BICYCLE FRAME WITH INTEGRATED ACCESSORIES
A bicycle frame assembly including a seat tube having first and second end portions (wherein the seat tube second end portion includes a bend and terminates in a first open end facing a first direction), a down tube having first and second end portions (wherein the down tube first end portion is mounted to the seat tube first end portion, and the down tube second end portion includes a bend and terminates in a second open end facing a second direction opposite to the first direction), and a top tube having first and second end portions (wherein the top tube first end portion is mounted to the seat tube second end portion and terminates in a third open end facing the first direction, and the top tube second end portion is mounted to the down tube second end portion and terminates in a fourth open end facing the second direction).
STAND SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
A stand support structure of a saddle riding vehicle has a main frame, a pivot block configured to swingably support a rear wheel-supporting swing arm, and a stand-supporting bracket. The pivot block has a first plate and a second plate attached to the main frame. The first plate and the second plate are coupled to each other. The first plate has a protrusion protruding outward farther than an extension end of the second plate. The stand-supporting bracket is coupled to a surface of the protrusion facing in a vehicle width direction.
ROD PIECE CONNECTION DEVICE, AND BICYCLE FRAME AND TANDEM BICYCLE FRAME HAVING THE SAME
A rod piece connection device, comprising: a first connection piece and a second connection piece. The first connection piece includes a first rod piece connection end and a first joggle joint end opposite to the first rod piece connection end. Wherein, the first joggle joint end includes a protrusion head tongue portion and a neck portion. The second connection piece includes a second rod piece connection end and a second joggle joint end opposite to the second rod piece connection end. The second joggle joint end is located corresponding to the first joggle joint end for them to form into a joggle joint. The second joggle joint end includes a protrusion bottom groove portion and a pillow portion. Wherein the protrusion head tongue portion is disposed corresponding into the protrusion bottom groove portion, and the neck portion is located corresponding to the pillow portion.
