SEAT FRAME FOR MOTORCYCLE
A seat frame for a motorcycle includes a plurality of aluminum parts manufactured with different manufacturing methods. A seat frame includes front members, middle members, and a rear member, the front members, the middle members, and the rear member being formed of aluminum. The rear member is formed by integral molding based on a gravity casting method. The rear member includes a pair of left and right rail portions, a front cross portion, a rear cross portion, and a plurality of attachment bosses for attaching other parts. The left and right rail portions each have an attachment portion to be connected to a rear end portion of corresponding one of the middle members provided on an end portion thereof on the front side in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
SEAT FRAME STRUCTURE FOR SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
A seat frame extends rearward from a main frame, and the seat frame is a casting divided into right and left two parts, and the seat frame includes an upper cross member and a lower cross member, and the upper cross member and lower cross member couple divided left and right left side frame half body and right side frame half body one another, and the upper cross member and lower cross member are each fastened to the left side frame half body and right side frame half body with fastening members, and a seat is located above the one upper cross member, left side frame half body, and right side frame half body, and the lower cross member faces the upper cross member.
VEHICLE BODY FRAME OF STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
There is provided a vehicle body frame of a straddle-type vehicle. A tank rail extends rearward from a head pipe at an upper side of a power unit. A body frame has a pair of side frame parts extending downward from a rear end side of the tank rail, an upper coupling part couples upper parts of the side frame parts, and a lower coupling part couples lower parts of the pair of side frame parts. Front and rear mount parts support the power unit. Swing arm support parts are provided in the side frame parts. A link member connecting part connects a link member configured to couple the swing arm and a rear cushion each other. The rear mount part is formed at a front part of the lower coupling part, and the link member connecting part is formed at a rear part of the lower coupling part.
Motorcycle
The configuration includes: a right and left pair of main frames extending from a head pipe while widening rearward; and pivot frames that are welded to the main frames and extend toward the rear downward direction. Under the main frames, an engine is arranged. The main frame includes a hanging portion for holding and fastening the engine. In the front portion of the main frame, a bulge portion is disposed on the vehicle-widthwise outer side. The hanging portion is settable to the bulge portion.
