The head may be configured to dig into a seafloor of a body of water to restrict the movement of a watercraft. The scissoring shank may be connected to the head. The scissoring shank may include a pivot member connected to the head. The scissoring shank may include a first shank arm connected to the head by the pivot member. The scissoring shank may include a second shank arm connected to the head. The scissoring shank may include a first hole 215 extending through the first shank arm and the second shank arm. The scissoring shank may include a shear member inserted into the first hole. The shear member may restrict the first shank arm from rotating about the pivot member.
