AFT-FACING TRANSOM SEATING FOR A BOAT
A boat includes one or more seats, which may be aft-facing. The seat includes a seat bottom, which may include an aft segment and a forward segment. The forward segment is inclined at a downward angle that extends in a direction from aft to fore such that an aft portion of the forward segment is higher than the forward portion of the forward segment. The seat also may include a leg rest. The leg rest may extend from the seat bottom and be supported at the upper portion of the leg rest with a gap between a lower end of the leg rest and a surface beneath the leg rest such that the leg rest is not supported by the surface underneath the leg rest.
BOAT CHAIR COVER
A boat chair cover comprises longitudinally successive seat and backrest cover sections of towel-like material having respective compartments that are expandable to receive and resiliently engage a cushioned seat and cushioned backrests, respectively, of the boat chair. Mutually engageable strap segments extend transversely from opposite longitudinal edges of the cover for securing the cover about the backrest of the chair.
Live bait container assemblies
Live bait container assemblies for mounting on a seat pedestal of a watercraft seat on a watercraft may include a bait container having a container bottom panel. A plurality of container corners may be carried by the container bottom panel. A plurality of recessed container side panels may extend between the plurality of container corners. A plurality of container handles may extend between the plurality of container corners in spaced-apart relationship to the plurality of recessed container side panels, respectively. A container top panel may be carried by the plurality of container corners and the plurality of recessed container side panels. A container interior may be formed by the container bottom panel, the plurality of container corners, the plurality of recessed container side panels and the container top panel. A container neck having a neck opening may extend from the container top panel in communication with the container interior. A container lid assembly may be removably carried by the container neck and closing the neck opening. The container lid assembly may include a container lid rim detachably carried by the container neck, a dish-shaped inner lid portion detachably carried by the container lid rim and a container lid handle carried by the inner lid portion. Container lid assemblies for a container are also disclosed.
PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
A personal watercraft includes: a watercraft body including a hull and a deck covering an upper portion of the hull; a light emitter supported by the watercraft body; and a protection cover covering the light emitter and permeable to light emitted by the light emitter, wherein the watercraft body includes a flow-regulating structure, and the flow-regulating structure includes: a fluid inlet through which an external fluid enters the watercraft body; and an upper flow-regulating wall and a lower flow-regulating wall that are opposed to each other in an up-down direction, the upper and lower flow-regulating walls being located between the fluid inlet and the protection cover to regulate flow of the fluid entering the watercraft body through the fluid inlet and moving toward the protection cover.
Vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat having a seat pad and a planar seat cover. The seat cover may include a plurality of the skin materials and at least one seam allowance formed by sewing the adjacent skin materials each other. The seam allowance includes end portions of the adjacent skin materials projecting from a back surface of the seat cover. The seat pad may include a plurality of recessed grooves and an intersecting area of the grooves. The skin material may include a high-rigidity portion disposed at the intersecting area and configured to cover at least one of the corners formed at the intersecting area. The high-rigidity portion may include a planer overlapping portion laid over a back surface of the skin material.
CONVERTIBLE BACKPACK KAYAK
A kayak has a front hull portion and a back hull portion. The front hull portion has a front engagement portion. The back hull portion has a back engagement portion that mates in an assembled state with the front engagement portion to form a passenger cockpit. At least one latch is engageable between the front and the back hull portions in the assembled state. A substantial portion of the rotated front hull portion fits within the back hull portion in a stowed state.
CUSHION OR PAD DEVICE FORMED FROM VERTICALLY LAPPED NONWOVEN
A cushion or pad device is provided. The device comprises at least one layer of nonwoven material defining a volume with length, width, and depth dimensions, wherein the vertically lapped nonwoven material comprises at least one bulk fiber, wherein the bulk fiber comprises a thermoplastic polyester; and at least one elastomeric binder fiber. Methods of preparing the cushion or pad device are also provided.
Convertible seating system for marine vessels
A configurable seating system for a marine vehicle includes a pivot arm and a base support coupled to the pivot arm. A first position of the pivot arm and the base support faces forwardly, a second position of the pivot arm and the base support faces backwardly, and movement of the pivot arm causes the base support to slide between the first position and the second position.
PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
A personal watercraft includes: a watercraft body; a handle located above the watercraft body; a seat assembly including at least one straddle seat located rearward of the handle; and at least one mounting adjuster configured to mount the straddle seat on the watercraft body and allow the straddle seat to be positionable on the watercraft body in a plurality of mounting positions arranged in a front-rear direction.
Folding stowable seat for a boat
In one embodiment of the invention, a folding stowable seat for use on a boat is provided that includes a compartment in which the seat is stowed when not in use; a moveable lid attached with a hinged connection to the boat, the lid covering the compartment when the seat is stowed, and a top side of the lid configured for use as a step on the boat for use by boaters, and the lid is raisable about the hinged connection to an upright position to move the seat into a use position; a seat back; a seat bottom; and a movement assembly connecting the seat bottom to the compartment, the movement assembly facilitating movement of the seat bottom from a stowed position contained entirely within the compartment to a use position wherein the seat is at least partially outside of the compartment.
