REARING CAGE UNIT AND REARING APPARATUS
A rearing cage unit is where an animal is reared individually in an environment at least including a space environment. The rearing cage unit includes an animal residential area that is defined by a floor, a ceiling, and a wall; an excrement collection area that is provided adjacently to the animal residential area; and an excretion sheet that is provided in the excrement collection are to receive excrement of the animal. At least one of the floor and the wall is made of a material including resin, and has an excretion hole that allows the excrement in the animal residential area to be discharged to the excrement collection area, and that has a size that prevents four feet of the animal from entering the excretion hole. The excretion sheet is provided facing the excretion hole.
Animal crate with swing or drop door assembly
A door assembly includes a frame having interconnected wires that define an opening for an animal to pass therethrough, and a door having interconnected wires and being coupled to the frame. A latch assembly has a handle structure and a pin. The handle structure is pivotable with respect to one of the door and the frame, and the pin is movable axially with respect to one of the door and the frame. A first wire of the plurality of wires of the frame forms a key hole assembly. The key hole assembly defines an aperture for receiving the pin when the door is in a latched position with respect to the frame. A tab assembly is formed by at least one wire of the door and is disposable behind at least one of the plurality of wires of the frame in the closed position.
Animal crate cooling system
The animal crate cooling system comprises a thermal cover for an animal crate and a cold air unit The cold air unit generates and circulates cool air through the crate. The thermal cover comprises a plurality of thermally insulated panels that surround the sides and top of the crate. One or more apertures in the top of the thermal cover allow air to enter and/or exit the crate. The cold air unit utilizes carbon dioxide gas from an attached CO2 cylinder to make dry ice by blowing the CO2 into a mesh basket within the cold air unit. One or more air moving devices may circulate cool air from the cold air unit over the dry ice and through the crate. The air moving devices may be powered by a battery, which may be recharged using a solar panel.
Animal crate with swing or drop door assembly
A door assembly for an animal enclosure includes a frame having a plurality of interconnected horizontal and vertical wires that defines an opening for an animal to pass therethrough and a door having a plurality of interconnected horizontal and vertical wires and being coupled to the frame. The door is disposable between a closed position and an open position. A latch assembly is coupled to either the door or frame, and removably couples the door to the frame in the closed position. A blocking member is coupled to the door and located between at least two adjacent wires of the plurality of interconnected wires of the door. The blocking member is disposed adjacent to the latch member such that a portion of the latch member is in contact with the blocking member in a rest position.
Animal crate assembly
A side of an animal enclosure including a plurality of interconnected horizontal and vertical wires, where the plurality of horizontal wires includes a top wire and a bottom wire, and the plurality of vertical wires includes a first end wire and a second end wire. A plurality of hooked ends are formed at the ends of either the plurality of horizontal wires or the plurality of vertical wires. The top wire, the bottom wire, the first end wire, and the second end wire define an outer periphery of the first member, and the plurality of hooked ends extend beyond the outer periphery defined by the top wire, the bottom wire, the first end wire, and the second end wire. The top wire, bottom wire, first end wire and second end wire do not form a hooked end at any of their respective ends.
Ceiling inlet for air ventilating system
The frames of the Inlets have endcaps and profiles that allow an inlet to be made to different lengths to provide an inlet of a size to provide the proper amount of air needed. Each inlet also has fully insulated blades, sides, and center profiles. The components are preferably foam filled with insulation and have an insulated foam insert on the endcaps together with a center pull so that only a single pull line is needed to operate the inlet.
CAGE FOR LABORATORY ANIMALS
A laboratory animal cage including a basin and a removable hood positioned which define an inner space that is closed and not accessible from the outside. The basin includes a flat bottom wall and sidewalls joined thereto, which define a first support edge. The hood is tray-shaped to define a second engagement edge and includes a main cover wall. Positioning the hood over the basin prevents the inner space from being accessed via the opposing first support edge and second engagement edge. With the bottom of the basin positioned on a support plane, the maximum distance between the first support edge and the support plane is 110 mm or less. Additionally, at least 50% of the inner surface of the bottom wall has a minimum height measurement to the inner surface of the hood of at least 127 mm, which is available for an animal.
CAGE FOR LABORATORY ANIMALS AND RELATED LID
A cage for housing laboratory animals includes a basin and a removable lid, which is switchable between a first closing position in which it is positioned over the basin, where it prevents the inner space delimited by the basin from being accessed, and a second opening position in which the access to the inner space is possible. The basin has a first peripheral ridge extending outwardly and an engagement tongue extends from the first peripheral ridge. The tongue has a smaller peripheral extension than the peripheral extension of the first peripheral ridge. The engagement tongue has an extension towards the outside of the basin which is greater than that of the first peripheral ridge. Positioning of the lid over the basin in the first closing position results in an automatic engagement of an engagement seat of the lid by the engagement tongue of the basin.
Pet stroller with removable divider for elevated seating within a canopy enclosed seating area
A divider for elevated seating within a canopy enclosed seating area of a pet stroller is provided. The divider is removably located in the pet seating area. The divider includes a divider platform supported at least on a platform enclosure member of the pet stroller which still allows for the lowering and clamping of the lower canopy bar to the platform enclosure member.
Inlet frame and filter assembly including an inlet frame
A filter assembly including a rectangular inlet frame having a rectangular inlet opening configured to receive a primary filter and optionally a prefilter. The filter assembly may include a rectangular outlet frame and a housing body. The rectangular inlet frame may also be used as a housing by itself to support and house primary filters and prefilters. A gridwork including one or more grid dividers may be used in the rectangular inlet frame to provide 2 or more openings for receipt of filters.
