Emergency Airbag Float Device for Boats
20250313312 · 2025-10-09 ·

A marine vessel emergency airbag float device is provided. The device is designed to prevent the sinking of a boat or other vessel by deploying inflatable airbags in emergencies. The device comprises mounting brackets made from corrosion-resistant materials which are fastened to the vessel's sidewalls and symmetrically aligned for balanced flotation. The brackets feature attachment points for support members that hold airbags in an uninflated state. The airbags connect to compressed air tanks via tubing with one-way valves. Activation of the airbags are achieved either manually through user-operated controls or automatically via sensors that detect conditions such as capsizing, submersion, or flooding. As a result, the device facilitates rapid airbag inflation to stabilize the vessel, providing essential time for rescue or repairs.

Unmanned survey vessel with anti-overturning structure and anti-overturning method of same

This disclosure provides an unmanned survey vessel with an anti-overturning structure and an anti-overturning method. The unmanned survey vessel includes a vessel body and a plurality of buoys. The vessel body is a hollow frame of which a middle is provided with a discharge space. An upright rod is vertically fixed at an upper-end of the tail part of the vessel body. A supporting beam is horizontally fixed at an upper-end of the upright rod. The supporting beam extends to a bow of the vessel. A rectangular notch is formed in one end, close to the bow, of the supporting beam. One end close to the bow inside the rectangular notch is rotatably provided with a guide rod through a pin shaft. The plurality of buoys are equally divided into two groups which are adjustably arranged on two side walls in the advancing direction of the vessel body respectively.

Floating foundation for wind turbine generators
12529357 · 2026-01-20 ·

The invention relates to a floating foundation for wind turbine generators and a method for installing a wind turbine generator on top of and performing maintenance on said foundation. The floating foundation includes a tower and two support legs pivotally connected to the tower, forming a tripod-like structure. The floating foundation may include hydrodynamic damping elements and a single point mooring system leaving the foundation free to weathervane. The invention also relates to a method for using the structure as a crane, lowering and raising the turbine platform against and from e.g. a service barge during maintenance or assembly.

Floating unit with under keel tank

A tank is secured under the keel of a floating structure for offshore energy development. The tank is filled with ballast material that supplements or replaces the ballast already present on the floating structure, thereby gaining larger topsides payload capacity for the floating structure or increasing stability and motion performance of the floating structure.
