SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE MARITIME STRUCTURE
A semi-submersible marine structure is described. The structure includes a hull including a pontoon, a deck disposed above the pontoon, and a plurality of columns supporting the deck from the pontoon. The structure also includes a plurality of tendons supporting the hull from a seabed. The pontoon has the shape of a circular ring, and the plurality of tendons are arranged at regular intervals along an external circumferential surface of the pontoon.
FLOATING OFFSHORE STRUCTURE
A floating offshore structure is described. The floating offshore structure includes at least one floating platform module having a threefold symmetry. The floating platform module includes a set of buoyant prismatic submodules. Each buoyant prismatic submodule includes a core including a material having a density less than the water density, and a reinforcement shell surrounding the core of the buoyant prismatic submodule along its periphery defined by a top base face, a bottom base face, and side faces of the buoyant prismatic submodules. The buoyant prismatic submodules are attached to each other so as to form a threefold symmetrical shape of the floating platform module.
Floating marine structure having floats
A floating marine structure which includes a first float disposed at the center and a plurality of second floats disposed around the first float, where the first float has a floating body made of a floatable material in a polygonal prism shape, a damping unit coupled to the bottom of the floating body at the center, having the same cross-section as the floating body, having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the floating body, and reducing a shake of the first float in the sea, and at least one coupling hole formed at each side of the floating body. The second float has the same shape as the floating body and has coupling protrusions formed at sides facing the sides of the floating body and inserted in the coupling holes, and wherein the coupling holes are formed at alternate sides of the floating body.
BUOY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF UNDERWATER EQUIPMENT
The instant invention relates to a buoy for the installation of underwater equipment, preferably used in equipment associated with petroleum underwater exploration, comprising an outer body, which has a top lid and a bottom lid, passage pipes, which extends internally along the entire length of the buoy, being provided also of a plurality of thrust elements arranged internally, which consist of gas microbubbles with quartz spherical body, vinyl material of closed cells and resin.
Floating wind turbine platform
The disclosure relates to a floating wind turbine platform, comprising: a substantially triangular hull configurable to support a wind turbine tower; the hull comprising a first, second and third column, the first, second and third columns being connected by a first, second and third pontoon member, as well as by a first, second and third connector.
Method and system for tensioning a hyperstatic system
A method and system for tensioning a hyperstatic system involves two structures connected to each other, including: a) connecting, by at least one non-adjustable tendon and at least one adjustable tendon which is formed by a tendon coupled to a cylinder in an initially retracted position, an upper structure to a lower structure which is positioned below the upper structure while maintaining zero tension in the tendons; step b) applying a force to the upper structure and/or the lower structure in order to tension each adjustable tendon and to deploy the respective cylinder thereof, the tension of each non-adjustable tendon remaining at zero; and step c) progressively increasing the force until the tension of each non-adjustable tendon reaches a threshold value which brings about a load transfer from the lower structure to the upper structure to allow the lower structure to be supported by the upper structure.
