Collar life preserver for water sports
This invention reveals a collar life preserver for water sports or similar that includes a compressed inflatable life preserver (1), a cartridge (2) that is filled with CO2, a solenoid valve (3) in connection with the cartridge (2), a discharge valve (4), a sensor (5) associated with a microprocessor (6) programmed with an algorithm and emission/reception means between the valve (3) and the microprocessor (6). The inflatable collar (1) presents a sensor (5) associated with the microprocessor (6) programmed with an algorithm that constantly receives information of the user's body functions and is capable of determining when the user is unconscious.
Inflatable personal bodywear flotation device
A persona! flotation device for a user comprises a bodywear member, as well as a container containing buoyant gas and an actuation assembly, both of which are mounted to the bodywear member. The bodywear member is to be worn to by the user such as on the wrist or the neck. The actuation assembly is in operative communication with the container containing buoyant gas for selectively being actuated so as to provide fluid communication between the container containing buoyant gas and the inflatable member. Actuation of the actuation assembly provides for releasing the buoyant gas into the inflatable member causing the inflatable member to inflate and provide buoyancy to the persona! flotation device.
RESCUING AND POSITIONING ASSEMBLY
A rescuing and positioning assembly includes a bag which is inflatable; a surface of the bag having textures or drawings for displaying rescue indications; an inflation device for inflating the bag; a connecting wire having one end connected to the bag; a light emitter installed on the connecting wire; and a bracelet connected to another end of the connecting wire; the bracelet used to be worn on the user's body so that the bag may be tied to user's body for indicating where the user is and for avoiding to separate from the user. In use, the bag is inflated by using the inflation device, and the bracelet wears on the user's body. Thus, the user can float on water. The bag could indicate a position of the user and textures or drawings on the bag and light from the light emitter will alert others to keep attention to the user.
EMERGENCY FLOTATION DEVICE USING COMPRESSED GAS
A flotation device for providing emergency flotation for a person swimming or passing through a body of water, comprising a container filled with a charge of a gaseous material under a pressure such that it is in its liquid phase at normal environmental temperatures. The container is connected to a flexible flotation chamber through a passage which remains normally closed until actuated by the user. When the device is actuated by opening the passage, the charge expands into the flotation chamber, thereby inflating it, and providing support to the user in the water. The gaseous material has thermodynamic properties such that it remains in its liquid phase right up to the maximum temperatures to which the device is expected to be exposed to. Consequently, its volume, and hence the internal pressure within the gas container, does not increase significantly, thereby enabling the container to be of lightweight construction.
