A battery system for storing electrical energy is connected to the drive system and the control system. The system includes a charging station for charging the battery system. The charging station includes a transmitting body with a primary coil. The manure removing vehicle includes a receiving body with a secondary coil. The receiving body is fastened rigidly to the manure removing vehicle. The transmitting body of the charging station is pretensioned to a waiting state, and is movable from the waiting state against the action of the pretension, through engagement with the receiving body of the manure removing vehicle that enters the charging station, in such a way that the primary coil of the transmitting body and the secondary coil of the receiving body are mutually aligned in a charging state to transfer electrical energy wirelessly from the primary coil to the secondary coil for wireless charging of the battery system.
ARTIFICIAL MULCH CLEANING SYSTEM
An artificial mulch cleaning system includes a vehicle with a housing having a front end, a back end and a plurality of wheels. A collecting assembly is attached to and extends forward of the front end. The gathering assembly has a distal end with respect to the front end. The distal end engages and captures rubber mulch positioned on the ground surface. A cleansing assembly is mounted on the vehicle rearward of and in communication with the collecting assembly. The cleansing assembly cleans the rubber mulch brought into the vehicle by the collecting assembly. A spreading assembly is attached to vehicle and is in communication with the cleansing assembly such that the spreading assembly receives the rubber mulch from the cleansing assembly. The spreading assembly dispenses the rubber mulch from the back end of the vehicle.
Vehicle for displacing feed lying on a floor in a sideward displacement direction
A vehicle for displacing feed includes a frame with wheels having a plurality of elongate tread portions and grooves, a motor for moving the vehicle in a moving direction, and a material displacer to displace the material, when the vehicle moves in the moving direction, over the floor towards a first side with respect to said moving direction. At least a majority of the tread portions is arranged such that they extend, when in contact with the floor, in a direction that makes a sharp angle with the forward direction opposite said first side. Thus, diagonal tread portions are predominantly directed to one side to counteract a reaction force of the feed being displaced sidewardly by the vehicle.
MANURE-REMOVAL VEHICLE FOR REMOVING MANURE FROM AN ANIMAL-SHED FLOOR
A wheeled manure-removal vehicle for removing manure from an animal-shed floor includes a tank for storing manure, a manure collector, a liquid reservoir placed in the tank and having an opening for the supply of liquid to the reservoir and the discharge of liquid from the reservoir, and a flexible reservoir wall, to make it possible to vary the volume of the reservoir, depending on the fill level, and a dispenser operatively connected to the reservoir for dispensing liquid from the reservoir onto the animal-shed floor. The opening of the reservoir is situated in a top part of the reservoir. The reservoir furthermore includes a spacer which extends on the inside of the reservoir from the opening down to the lower part of the reservoir to ensure a liquid passage between the opening and a bottom part of the reservoir.
MANURE REMOVAL VEHICLE FOR REMOVING MANURE FROM AN ANIMAL SHED FLOOR
A wheeled manure-removal vehicle for removing manure from an animal-shed floor includes a scraper assembly for scraping the manure together into a manure-storage space by scraping across the animal-shed floor. The scraper assembly includes a flexible, strip-shaped scraping element which is partly arranged around the manure-storage space and a rolling body. The rolling body extends on a side of the scraping element which faces away from the manure-storage space in order to be in contact with the scraping element at least while scraping the manure together, and has, on the side facing the scraping element, a rolling surface which is convexly rounded towards the scraping element. The use of the rolling body for contact with the scraping element has an advantageous effect on the life of the scraping element on the vehicle.
TILE CLEANING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Tile cleaning systems and associated methods are disclosed. The tile cleaning system can include a plurality of tiles and a plurality of movers. The movers can move the tiles along a floor in a circuit while the plurality of tiles directly contact the floor. The tile cleaning system can include a cleaner they can clean the tiles in the circuit.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT AN ANIMAL-RELATED OPERATION, AND IN COMBINATION, A BARN FOR KEEPING ANIMALS AND A SYSTEM OF THIS KIND
A system for carrying out an animal-related operation, in particular removing manure from a floor in a barn for animals, such as cows, includes an autonomous vehicle, which is provided with a drive system for driving the vehicle. The drive system includes at least one electric drive motor. An electronic control system is connected to the drive system for control thereof. A battery system for storing electrical energy is connected to the drive system and the control system. The system includes a charging station for charging the vehicle's battery system. The charging station includes a transmitting body with a primary coil. The vehicle includes a receiving body with a secondary coil. The vehicle is maneuverable relative to the transmitting body of the charging station in such a way that the primary coil of the transmitting body and the secondary coil of the receiving body are mutually aligned in a charging state to transfer electrical energy wirelessly from the primary coil to the secondary coil for wireless charging of the vehicle's battery system. The system includes a cleaning device for cleaning at least the receiving body of the vehicle before the primary coil of the transmitting body and the secondary coil of the receiving body are mutually aligned in the charging state.
