A fragile substance storage transportation and release device comprises a frame for inserting cartridges to hold the fragile substance; a propulsion unit for propelling the fragile substance out of successive cartridges, cartridge by cartridge; and an opening mechanism for opening each cartridge one by one in coordination with a propulsion mechanism. The device is useful for distribution of fragile insects such as mosquitoes and there is a mechanism for automatic collection of insects from pupae.

Airborne multi-rotor delivery system
An airborne delivery system employs unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) released from an airborne platform, such as a Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPAD), to more accurately deliver supplies. The airborne delivery system is configured to be mounted on a JPAD, or similar airborne platform. As with a conventional JPAD, the JPAD is then released from an airborne vehicle. After a certain amount of flight time, one or more UAVs are released mid-flight from the airborne delivery system.

Payload Delivery Mechanism Suitable for Use With a Drone
This invention relates to a payload delivery mechanism suitable for use with a drone. The mechanism includes a load carrying and release mechanism which is displaceable between a retaining position, in which at least part of the payload is retained by the load carrying and release mechanism, and a release position, in which the at least part of the payload is releasable from the load carrying and release mechanism. The mechanism has a first release mode in which the load carrying and release mechanism is displaced from the retaining position to the release position by an actuator that is in use electrically actuated, and a second release mode in which the load carrying and release mechanism is displaced, against the bias exerted by the biasing element, from the retaining position to the release position when a predetermined maximum external load is exerted on the load carrying and release mechanism.
Payload Delivery Mechanism Suitable for Use With a Drone
This invention relates to a payload delivery mechanism suitable for use with a drone. The mechanism includes a load carrying and release mechanism which is displaceable between a retaining position, in which at least part of the payload is retained by the load carrying and release mechanism, and a release position, in which the at least part of the payload is releasable from the load carrying and release mechanism. The mechanism has a first release mode in which the load carrying and release mechanism is displaced from the retaining position to the release position by an actuator that is in use electrically actuated, and a second release mode in which the load carrying and release mechanism is displaced, against the bias exerted by the biasing element, from the retaining position to the release position when a predetermined maximum external load is exerted on the load carrying and release mechanism.
Automatic Single Point Release System
Disclosed herein is an automatic single point release system including a platform, a plurality of securement modules mounted to said platform, each said module including, a first strap anchored to said platform, a second strap anchored to said platform, and a latch connected between the first strap and the second strap, wherein the latch includes a releasable latch arm, a rocker arm, and a control cable, wherein the control cable is configured to control a position of the rocker arm, and wherein the latch arm is configured to be attachable and releaseable to a payload on the platform in response to the position of the rocker arm. A control box mounted to the platform, wherein the control box is connected to each control cable, wherein the control box is configured to automatically and concurrently release each said latch in response to a predetermined condition.
Automatic Single Point Release System
Disclosed herein is an automatic single point release system including a platform, a plurality of securement modules mounted to said platform, each said module including, a first strap anchored to said platform, a second strap anchored to said platform, and a latch connected between the first strap and the second strap, wherein the latch includes a releasable latch arm, a rocker arm, and a control cable, wherein the control cable is configured to control a position of the rocker arm, and wherein the latch arm is configured to be attachable and releaseable to a payload on the platform in response to the position of the rocker arm. A control box mounted to the platform, wherein the control box is connected to each control cable, wherein the control box is configured to automatically and concurrently release each said latch in response to a predetermined condition.

A payload delivery device is an apparatus designed to facilitate the delivery of emergency items to a target location via aerial vehicles. The apparatus includes a base strap, a plurality of holder straps, and a plurality of cargo straps. The base strap serves as the central structure of the apparatus that supports the plurality of holder straps and the plurality of cargo straps. The plurality of holder straps includes several straps designed to retain a parachute and the devices necessary to facilitate the deployment of the parachute. The plurality of holder straps is also designed to facilitate the operation of the parachute while securing the parachute to the base strap. The plurality of cargo straps include several straps that secure the payload to the apparatus. The plurality of cargo straps can also be arranged to accommodate the shape and size of the payload to be delivered using the apparatus.
