Raised passenger seat assemblies
A passenger seat assembly includes a riser attached to an upper surface of a floor of the vehicle, a seat attached to an upper surface of the riser, and at least one shell portion attached to the upper surface of the riser. The riser includes at least one door for accessing an interior volume of the riser. At least a portion of the interior volume of the riser is a luggage storage volume.
Room for aircraft cabin
A room for an aircraft cabin is a hollow box shaped room and installed in the aircraft cabin. The room includes a floor wall portion that is configured to face a seat of the cabin, a side wall portion that extends from the floor wall portion in a direction away from the seat and has an opening portion for entering and leaving the room, a ladder portion extending in a direction toward the seat from a periphery of the opening portion, and a ceiling wall portion that extends to couple the floor wall portion and the side wall portion and has an engagement structure with an inner wall of the cabin.
Device for closing a space within an airplane
A removable closure device for a space inside an aircraft includes: a frame comprising at least one upright said frame comprising at least one fixation interface including a structural element, a curtain assembly comprising a flexible curtain and at least one guiding device or ensuring a translational guiding of the flexible curtain with respect to the upright so that the flexible curtain s able to be moved in a direction of movement parallel to a longitudinal direction of the upright between a stowed position, in which the flexible curtain s released from the space, and a deployed position, in which the flexible curtain closes the space.
PLATFORM FIRST CLASS
Described are examples of a seating arrangement for an aircraft with a first seat in a first accommodation space and a second seat in a second accommodation space, wherein the first and second accommodation spaces are configured to share a common floor space at a floor level of the aircraft. One seating arrangement includes a divider screen located between the first and second accommodation spaces, moveable, by sliding in a direction along the common floor space, between a stowed position permitting passenger egress between the first and second accommodation spaces across the common floor space, and a deployed position preventing passenger egress between the first and second accommodation spaces across the common floor space.
Aircraft Interior Structure Including Actuatable Panels and a Footwell
An aircraft interior structure may include a primary monument, an auxiliary monument, and a passenger seating section. The primary monument may include one or more storage compartments and a primary panel configured to actuate between a primary panel stowed position and a primary panel deployed position. The auxiliary monument may be spaced a select distance from the primary monument across a floor area of an aircraft cabin, and may include an auxiliary panel configured to actuate between an auxiliary panel stowed position and an auxiliary panel deployed position. The passenger seating section may include a footwell at least partially within the primary monument and proximate to the one or more storage compartments. The footwell may correspond to an aircraft seat. The aircraft seat may be configured to form a bed surface with at least a portion being within the footwell when the aircraft seat is in a lie-flat position.
Passenger suite with table mechanism with vertical, translational and rotational adjustment
An adjustable table assembly for use in a passenger cabin environment such as an aircraft passenger suite including a passenger seat. The table assembly includes a fixed rail assembly attached to a monument, a support column rotatably mounted on the rail assembly, and a table mounted on the support column, the table having a stowed position and deployed positions in a first direction generally toward the passenger seat from the stowed position. The table has a predetermined stowage orientation at which the support column and table are movable along the rail assembly in a second direction opposite the first direction to the stowed position, and the rail assembly prevents the table from moving into the stowed position when the table is rotated out of the predetermined stowage orientation.
Combined divan aircraft seat for aircraft passenger compartment suites
An aircraft passenger compartment suite may include at least one single passenger compartment including at least one single aircraft seat. The at least one single aircraft seat may be configured to seat a single passenger. The aircraft passenger compartment suite may include a combined divan passenger compartment with a combined divan aircraft seat. The combined divan aircraft seat may be configured to seat at least one passenger. The combined divan aircraft seat may have a width greater than a width of the at least one single aircraft seat. The combined divan passenger compartment may include a stowage compartment configured to stow large passenger amenities in a substantially vertical orientation. The aircraft passenger compartment suite may include a privacy divider separating the combined divan passenger compartment and the at least one single passenger compartment.
SEAT ARRANGEMENT, IN PARTICULAR FOR AN AIRCRAFT
The present invention relates essentially to an arrangement of individual seats intended to be installed in an aircraft cabin and characterised in that the first seat faces inwards in the direction of the axis of the aircraft cabin and the second seat faces outwards away from the axis of the aircraft cabin and in that at least a portion of the first seat and of the corresponding first footwell are capable of defining at least a portion of a first bed surface which faces outwards away from the axis of the aircraft cabin and in that at least a portion of the second seat and of the corresponding second footwell are capable of defining at least a portion of a second bed surface which faces inwards in the direction of the axis of the aircraft cabin.
Space-efficient flat-bed seating arrangement
A variety of seats and seating arrangements are disclosed for use in transport vehicles such as airliners. The seats can have specific features and/or be arranged at specific angles adjacent to each other to combine high capacity with passenger comfort and safety.
AIRCRAFT SEAT AND CABIN ARRANGEMENT
An aircraft passenger seat comprising a seat pan, a back rest, and a leg rest is provided. The back rest is moveable between an upright position and a reclined position in which the back rest is substantially parallel with a deployed position of the seat pan. The back rest can also be fixed in at least one intermediate position between the upright position and the reclined position. The leg rest is moveable between a retracted position in which the leg rest is substantially perpendicular to the deployed position of the seat pan and an extended position in which it is positioned to support the legs of a passenger. The seat pan is moveable between a deployed position in which the seat pan occupies a first space and wherein a passenger can sit on the seat pan, and a stowed position in which the seat pan is moved out of the first space such that a passenger can stand in the first space.
