SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM OF AIR VEHICLE FOR URBAN AIR MOBILITY
A seat control system of an air vehicle for urban air mobility (UAM)UAM is provided. When the air vehicle turns strongly to one side during rotor failure of the air vehicle for UAM, side pads and air cells prevent the head and the body of a passenger seated on a seat in the air vehicle from being sharply tilted to the one side. Additionally, air bags of the side pads prevent and cushion impact energy applied to the head of the passenger at the moment when the air vehicle lands on the ground.
HYGIENIC HEADREST COVER AND HYGIENIC KIT FOR VEHICULAR SEATS WITH HEADRESTS AND TRAY TABLES
A hygienic cover, hygienic kit, and a method thereof for a hygienic seat location including a stretchable antimicrobial hygienic headrest cover having an ability to conform itself to dimensions of the existing headrest. The cover comprises a stretchable, antimicrobial, a non-mesh fabric configured to provide a barrier between a user and the headrest. The headrest has an elastic opening in the back surface allowing the fabric to stretchily fit over an existing headrest. A tray table cover defined by a top panel, a bottom panel, and a sidewall connecting said top and bottom panels thereby creating an opening to a cavity therein is included. A pre-packaged sanitizing wipe is included to sanitize the seating location, and a container is included to encapsulate the pre-packaged sanitizing wipe, the tray table cover, and the stretchable headrest cover, wherein the headrest cover and the tray table cover are compressed.
LATERAL SLEEP SYSTEMS FOR AIRCRAFT
Lateral sleep systems for aircraft are disclosed. A divider is located between a first seat and a second seat of the aircraft. The divider includes a first panel oriented toward the first seat and a second panel oriented toward the second seat. The first panel defines a first support ledge. The second panel defines a second support ledge. A first lateral sleep apparatus positioned on a first side of the divider adjacent the first seat includes a first headrest and a first cradle. The first cradle supports the first headrest and includes a first panel mounting interface coupling the first headrest to the first support ledge. A second lateral sleep apparatus positioned on a second side of the divider adjacent the second seat includes a second headrest and a second cradle. The second cradle supports the second headrest and includes a second panel mounting interface coupling the second headrest to the second support ledge.
Seat for transport vehicles
A seat (1) for transport vehicles with an articulated frame (2) capable of moving and changing shape between a neutral position N and a comfort position C, which comprises a headrest portion (21) mechanically linked by means of a connector (22) to a connection area of a backrest portion (23) that changes the height position thereof as the frame (2) moves from the neutral position N to the comfort position C thereof, the connector (22) being suitable for this change in height position to be transmitted, by means of mechanical drag, to the headrest portion (21), the headrest portion (21) being mechanically linked by means of an upper guide unit (31) of a guide system to the chassis (4) which is configured such that the inclination of both the headrest portion (21) and the backrest portion (23) increase the inclination thereof with respect to the vertical as the frame (2) moves from the neutral position N to the comfort position C thereof.
INDEPENDENT TRANSLATING ROLLER SEAT
A passenger seat may be configured to adjust between an upright seating position and a lie-flat sleeping position (which may include one or more intermediate reclined seating positions) via independent rollers attached to the seat pan, or seat bottom, and to the backrest. As the passenger seat transitions between the upright seating position and the lie-flat sleeping position, guide channels set into the left and right frame rails direct the movement of the independent rollers through the guide channels and thereby control the angles of the seat pan and the backrest throughout the transition.
Head restraint travel accessory
A head restraint travel accessory that stabilizes a user's head when sleeping in a seated position. A harness system attaches to a seat or chair using one of two configurations of straps, cobra or butterfly, depending on the construction and size of the seat. Once the harness is attached, an adjustable head restraint band holds the passenger's head in a fixed position and is attached to the harness. A contoured pillow is positioned on top of the harness and is between the harness and the neck and head of the passenger. The head restraint travel accessory is ergonomically designed to hold a person's head and neck in the optimal position for vertebrae alignment when they are sleeping in a chair, so they will not be awakened by the vestibular response that occurs when the head bobs from side to side or front to back thus waking the person.
Headrest for a seat
A headrest for a seat having a backrest frame and a base. The headrest includes a displacement member mountable to the backrest frame to position a lower end of the displacement member in front of the backrest frame and above the base. The displacement member is displaceable relative to the backrest frame to adjust a height of the headrest. A tilt member extends between a pivot end pivotably mounted to the displacement member at a joint, and a head support end disposed above the pivot end to support a rear portion of the head. The joint defines a pivot axis and is positioned in front of the backrest frame and above the base. The tilt member is pivotable about the pivot axis to displace the head support end toward and away from the displacement member.
Headrest structure, headrest cushion and passenger seat
A headrest structure for a passenger seat, a headrest cushion and passenger seat. The headrest structure comprises an adjustable headrest frame for connection to a passenger seat; and a headrest cushion mounted to the adjustable headrest frame such that the headrest cushion is moveable relative to a seat back of the passenger seat by way of the adjustable headrest frame; wherein the headrest cushion comprises a support surface facing away from the headrest frame, the support surface comprising a concave upper part and a convex bottom part relative to the passenger seat.
PASSENGER SEAT UNIT FOR AN AIRCRAFT CABIN
The invention describes a passenger seat unit for an aircraft cabin, comprising a seat surface (10), a backrest (20) and a leg rest (30), and having: an upright configuration in which the backrest (20) and the leg rest (30) are in a first position, and a bed configuration in which the backrest (20) and the leg rest (30) are in a second position, the backrest (20), the seat surface (10) and the leg rest (30) forming a substantially plane and continuous surface,
characterised in that: the seat surface (10) is fixed, the backrest (20) is mounted mobile in rotation around a joint axis between the backrest and the seat surface (29), the leg rest (30) is mounted mobile in rotation around a joint axis between the leg rest and the seat surface (39).
Passive head and neck protection canopy piercer
An ejection seat for an aircraft is disclosed. In various embodiments, the ejection seat includes a seat frame; and a moveable headrest attached to the seat frame, the moveable headrest including a first piercer assembly configured for fracturing a canopy.
