Spiraling frustoconical dispenser
A device for sequentially dispensing individual objects includes a housing having a first housing portion which is conically-shaped. The first housing portion has a first end proximate a supply of objects and a second end proximate a location where the objects are to be dispensed. There is a spiral race, disposed on an interior surface of the first housing portion and extending from the first end to the second end of the first housing portion, along which the objects to be dispensed travel.

An apparatus including a cap section; a central section; a container section; and a first inner object. The cap section is configured to removably attach to a first end of the central section. The container section is configured to removably attach to a second end of the central section. The second end of the central section opposes the first end of the central section. The first opening of the central section is located at the second end of the central section. The first inner object does not fit through a second opening of the central section; and the second opening of the central section is located at the first end of the central section. A system for remote care of an animal that includes a mobile robotic unit having a housing, a mobility portion coupled to the housing and operable to move the housing, an animal waste detection system configured to detect deposited animal feces, a microprocessor disposed within the housing in communication with the animal waste detection system being operable to give navigational instructions to the mobility portion to travel along a path, and collect deposited animal's feces encountered along the path.
Rotary dispenser
A treat dispenser includes a housing having an interior compartment. The housing has an opening formed therein communicating with the compartment. The treat dispenser further includes a turntable within and rotatable with respect to the housing and an actuator coupled to the turntable. The actuator is configured to impart rotation to the turntable based on manipulation of the actuator, such that an animal treat disposed within the compartment and on the turntable is ejected radially from the housing through the opening.

An animal nutrition system and method for effectively monitoring and managing animal nutrition. The animal nutrition system and method generally includes a food container storing a volume of pet food, a package identification chip attached to the food container, a food serving appliance configured to removably receive the food container, and a scale positioned within the food serving appliance to weigh the food container periodically to generate weight data. The food serving appliance includes a chip reader that communicates with the package identification chip to receive food container data from the package identification chip to acquire data related to the food package.

A fun pet feeder, comprising a shell, a cavity for housing food provided in an upper part of the shell, a food sliding area in a lower part of the shell, a leaky channel capable of being opened and closed between the cavity and the food sliding area, a elastic part in the cavity, a feedstuff outlet provided in a lower part of the cavity, with a lower end of the elastic part resting in the feedstuff outlet, and feedstuff outlet dents provided on the lower end of the elastic part; when the elastic part remains in an initial position, the feedstuff outlet dents are above the feedstuff outlet, the food cannot reach the food sliding area and when the elastic part is pressed and goes downward, the feedstuff outlet dents enter the feedstuff outlet and the feedstuff enters the food sliding area.
Device and method for dispensing product from a flexible package
Dispensing devices and methods are provided. A dispensing device comprises an opening accessing an insertion path thereof, two opposing surfaces configured to compress a flexible package inserted into the insertion path while moving across the flexible package in two directions, and an opener configured to bend an opening region of the package out of a plane defined by the flexible package and further configured to cut a distal portion of an opening region of the flexible package. A method of dispensing product from a flexible package is also provided.
