A feed component apportionment system for feeding livestock is disclosed. The system may include feed sources configured for dispensing feed components during a dispensing operation. At least one feed handling system is operatively configured for receiving feed components from the feed sources and moving the feed components using a feed displacer. The feed handling system is configured to apportion each feed component along at least one of the one or more feed displacers during a feed handling operation. At least one feed component aggregator is operatively configured to receive each of the feed components from the feed sources and provide an aggregated output of the feed sources during a feed component aggregator operation. At least one controller is operatively configured to control the dispensing operation, the feed handling operation, and the feed component aggregator operation.
Systems and methods for bulk material load out
A weigh hopper assembly including a plurality of adjacently aligned weigh hoppers connected via a frame, and longitudinal conveyor mechanism extending along a top portion of the weigh hopper assembly. Each weigh hopper has independent load cells in order to individually weigh the material discharged into the weigh hopper. The conveyor mechanism includes a plurality of gates along a bottom surface of the conveyor mechanism, each gate being aligned with a corresponding weigh hopper of the plurality of weigh hoppers. The conveyor mechanism is in turn connected to a plurality of product bins. A top portion of the conveyor mechanism is in communication with a plurality of product bins via a series of inlet chutes and gates. The weigh hoppers are aligned adjacent to each other and spaced so that each weigh hopper aligns with the transport vehicle.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for electrolessly sprinkling animal feed. The apparatus comprises a housing, a mount for a liquid reservoir with a mechanically actuatable spray head, and a transmission element. The transmission element is movably mounted in the housings and configured to be moved by a conveying system. The transmission element comprises a section actuating the spray head, said section being configured to transmit movement of the transmission element to the spray head. The invention further relates to a liquid reservoir, a system, and a use of the liquid reservoir.
Apparatus and method to feed livestock
A method and apparatus for feeding livestock is presented. The method includes feeding livestock using a mobile feed preparation apparatus comprising a processor and a first non-transitory computer readable medium in communication with the processor, wherein the mobile feed preparation apparatus can dispense a plurality of feed rations, each feed ration comprising a base feed and at least one of a plurality of feed additives. The method includes dispensing from the mobile feed preparation apparatus a first feed ration comprising the base feed and a first feed additive, wherein the dispensed first feed ration comprises a dispensed amount of the first feed additive.
