The present invention relates to a control unit (116) for a game or fish feeder (100). The control unit (116) is mounted on the feeder (100) and comprises: means (130) for controlling the powering of a drive unit (110) of said feeder (100) for controlled output of feed from the feeder (100); a wireless transmitter (138) arranged to communicate over a wireless network (146) with a remote unit (140); a sensor (132; 134) for measuring a parameter of the feeder (100); and means (124) for determining whether a measured parameter value provided by said sensor (132; 134) fulfills a predetermined condition in order to detect an action-requiring state of the feeder (100). In response to a detected action-requiring state, the wireless transmitter (138) is triggered to send a notification to said remote unit (140).

FEED DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
20220232799 · 2022-07-28 ·

A feed dispensing assembly that is capable of dispensing feed material (finely ground grain, powered grain, powdered peanut waste, or rice bran) and otherwise difficult to feed material in a reliable manner, where the feeder can be adjusted and adapted to dispense a wide variety of feed material, and where the feeder is physically operated by rotation of a container (such as enclosed cylinder) to dispense feed material. The container is physically rotated by various means, and openings in the walls of the container allow feed to exit to the target feeding surface at the feed location. The feed dispensing assembly can be incorporated into an existing feed trough or can be assembled as a standalone unit.

ANIMAL FEEDER APPARATUS

An animal feeder apparatus includes a container for storing animal feed and a dispenser operatively connected to the container and configured to dispense the animal feed from the container. The apparatus further includes a plurality of support members to support the container and dispenser at an elevation above the ground. Each of the support members has a respective first segment and a respective second segment. Each of the first segments is substantially horizontal. Each of the second segments is generally vertical. The support members are connected to the container at or near the first segments.

Game feeder

A game feeder having a recessed game feed spinner plate, which discharges game feed through a relatively narrow opening. The spinner plate is rotated by an electric motor, which is housed in a protective enclosure within the game feeder, along with the battery and timer, and protected from animals. The narrow discharge opening minimizes feed loss by animals accessing the spinner plate. The game feeder may sit on the ground, or may be mounted on a support such as a pole or tree with mounting hooks and a bracket, and when mounted is especially resistant to feed loss or feeder damage by bears, feral hogs and the like.

Game animal feeder chute assembly

A deer feeder chute assembly is provided. The device may include a baseplate that may be attached to an aftermarket barrel or other container for holding animal feed. The baseplate may include a feed chute which may include a flange at one end for attachment to a chute opening in the baseplate. The flange and baseplate may include mounting apertures that cooperate with fasteners to attach the feed chute to the baseplate. A wall of the feed container may be interposable between the flange and the baseplate thereby attaching the chute assembly to the feed container. Openings may be made in the wall of the feed container to allow feed to communicate with the feed chute.

Harnessing Animal Precognition in a Structural Design with Feedback
20220183256 · 2022-06-16 ·

Harnessing Animal Precognition in a Structural Design with FeedBack is disclosed. The invention is designed so the animals must choose from multiple possible channels when the precognitive prediction cycle begins. Their choices must be made before any information is known to anyone, in the normal sense, about the future outcome. Each channel is associated with a POSSIBLE prediction outcome. Access to the channels will be blocked after the animals make their choices. Those that choose the correct channel, i.e., based on the ACTUAL outcome, will be fed the baseline meal PLUS treats after the outcome is known—this is positive FeedBack. Those that choose incorrectly, will only be fed their baseline meal.—this is negative FeedBack. Yummy treats will enhance their precognitive ability for the next and subsequent predictions.

This system encourages and enhances precognition in animals and provides an opportunity for real-world applications for predicting future outcomes.
