APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR STRORING AND TRANSPORTING MAGNETIC DEVICES
An apparatus for storing magnetic materials may include a tray. The apparatus for storing magnetic materials may include a sheet. The apparatus for storing magnetic materials may include a first set of height modulators. The apparatus for storing magnetic materials may include a diamagnetic material.
The tray may include one or more pockets. The one or more pockets may be configured to receive a magnetic device. The sheet may be configured to couple with the tray. The sheet may be located adjacent to a bottom of the one or more pockets. The sheet may include the diamagnetic material. The sheet may include the first set of height modulators. The first set of height modulators may protrude from a surface of the sheet. The first set of height modulators may be configured to extend into the one or more pockets at a first distance.
Packaging machine and method for packaging a container group consisting of multiple containers
A tray packer includes a positioning-and-folding unit, an application unit, and a storage-and-feed unit. The positioning-and-folding unit arranges a container group on a packaging blank's bottom and places its sides against the group. The application unit places a material blank on the group opposite the bottom portion such as to form a bundle. The storage-and-feed unit stores and provides the material blanks to the application unit. The application unit comprises a pressing element that comprises a tool plate that moves continuously on a circular path in such a way that the tool plate adjusts between engagement positions with the containers. The circular path spans a plane oriented parallel to a transport plane along which the groups travel.
ALL PAPER BLISTER TYPE PACKAGE
A paper-based package that can be manufactured using existing blister pack packaging equipment is provided. The package components comprise a face card and a tray blank that can be shipped flat and loaded easily into existing blister package equipment. The package may be formed in the machine just prior to the filling operation, and a paper-to-paper seal may be achieved in the same fashion as in a traditional plastic blister face card seal. Fold lines are formed in the tray blank by ablation.
Automated method and system for packaging flexible articles
An automated method and system for packaging a stack of flexible articles are disclosed. The method comprises: loading, by a pair of end effectors, the stack of flexible articles into an erected box having a first open end and a second open end, leaving a first gap therebetween; moving, by a first flap closing mechanism, the flap of the first open end from the open configuration to the closed configuration; pushing, by a pushing mechanism, the stack of flexible articles towards the first gap, thereby forming a second gap between the second open end and the stack of flexible articles; and moving, by a second flap closing mechanism, the flap of the second open end from the open configuration to the closed configuration.
Automated packaging assembly line for perishable items
An automated apparatus and method for configuring and producing packaging for orders of variable configurations of perishable items includes an automatic case erector-sealer; a packing liner dispenser; a cold pack dispenser; a control system; a point of sale ecommerce platform; and a data processor to capture order configuration, order destination, and available order points of origin. The control system captures and uses the order configuration, destination, and delivery date, to generate a time in transit (TNT), total volume, cold volume, and ambient volume, of items in the order. The total volume and cold volume are used to generate a product cube category (PCC). The TNT and the PCC are used to generate a packaging configuration for the order. The system uses the packaging configuration to generate and send operational directives to one or more of the automatic case erector-sealer, the packing liner dispenser, and the cold pack dispenser.
Thermo-forming packaging machine with integrated product feeder
The invention relates to a thermo-forming packaging machine comprising a product feeder for feeding a product to a loading stretch of the packaging machine, and a film web having trays formed therein wherein the trays are configured to receive a product. The product feeder may be arranged at least partially parallel to the loading stretch of the packaging machine. The thermo-forming packaging machine also includes a side panel disposed along the loading stretch that is formed such that it also forms part of the product feeder.
SPACING SUPPORT FOR PACKS FOR ROD-SHAPED ARTICLES, CONTAINER COMPRISING A SPACING SUPPORT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A SPACING SUPPORT
A spacing support for packs for rod-shaped articles, the spacing support comprising a pair of side walls extends from a bottom wall, thereby forming a housing for supporting and accommodating a plurality of packs arranged in two adjacent rows, the housing comprising an access aperture through which the packs may be introduced into and extracted from the housing. At least one of the side walls comprises a plurality of positioning elements projecting towards the inside of the housing, wherein the positioning elements are configured to delimit positioning sections in which the packs may be held, and wherein the positioning elements are made as one predefined strip connected with the at least one of the side walls and a further wall of the housing. Also disclosed is a container comprising a spacing support and a method for manufacturing a spacing support.
