Provided is a filling apparatus including: a conveyor line configured to intermittently convey spout-equipped bags, which are suspended so that spouts protruding from one side of the spout-equipped bags, the bags being flat, are located on an upper side and the bags are located on a lower side, in a width direction of the suspended spout-equipped bags on a movement straight line; a printing apparatus disposed in the middle of the conveyor line and configured to print manufacturing information on the suspended spout-equipped bags; and nozzles configured to fill the suspended spout-equipped bags with a liquid material through the spouts. The conveyor line is further configured to convey the spout-equipped bags so that fronts of the spout-equipped bags directly face the printing apparatus.

Apparatus and method for closing a sample container

An applicator assembly (100) for closing a sample container (500) with a plug (16) is proposed. The applicator assembly comprises a magazine (102) configured to store a string (10) comprising polymer-based material, an insertion device (104) configured to insert an end piece (12) of the string at least partly into an opening (502) of the sample container (500), and a drive system (106) configured to supply at least a part of the string (10) from the magazine (102) to the insertion device (104). The applicator assembly further comprises a separator (108) configured to separate the end piece (12) from the string, such that the end piece (12) forms a plug (16) closing the sample container (500).

Test Tube Capping And De-Capping Apparatus

An apparatus (100) for automated capping and de-capping of test tubes (112) having an ejector pin (230) system for individualized cap (113) ejection.

Method and system for vacuum stoppering of fluid containers

A method, system, and vacuum head assembly provide hermetic sealing of fluid medicament cartridges through vacuum stoppering with the assistance of accurate and repeatable mechanical positioning and handling of the stopper. Inert gasses may be introduced during the stoppering process so as to provide headspace or in the alternative completely eliminate headspace. The stopper may be provided with longingutidly spaced apart sealing and control rings providing an opportunity to introduce a stabilizing gas between the rings and a side wall of the cartridge to be hermetically sealed.

Seal Insert Molecular Bonded to Bottle

A method of sealing a bottle includes providing a bottle having a bottle body, a neck, a bottle opening, and a bottle main cavity. The neck has a neck inner radial surface and an opposing neck outer radial surface. The neck has a neck annular top surface. The bottle is formed of a thermoplastic material. The method includes providing a seal insert having a cylindrical skirt, a circular flange, a pull-tab, and a sealing deck. The cylindrical skirt has an insert inner radial surface and an insert outer radial surface. The circular flange has a flange outer edge, a flange annular top surface and a flange annular bottom surface. The seal insert is formed of a thermoplastic material. The method includes molecular bonding the flange annular bottom surface directly to the neck annular top surface. The method includes providing a closure and attaching the closure to the bottle.

PLASTIC CONTAINER HAVING A MOVABLE BASE

A plastic container comprises an upper portion including a finish defining an opening into the container, a lower portion including a base defining a standing surface, a sidewall extending between the upper portion and the lower portion, the sidewall defining a longitudinal axis, and at least one substantially transversely-oriented pressure panel located in the lower portion. The pressure panel is movable between an outwardly-inclined position and an inwardly-inclined position to compensate for a change of pressure inside the container. The standing surface defines a standing plane, and the entire pressure panel is located between the standing plane and the upper portion of the container when the pressure panel is in the outwardly-inclined position.

PROCESSES FOR MOLDING TAMPER EVIDENCE CLOSURES FOR CONTAINERS

Thermoformed polyester resin closures for closing containers, the polyester resins including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene furandicarboxylate (PEF), or a copolymer including PET and PEF, are provided herein. Methods of making the thermoformed closures are further provided. Methods of sterilizing the thermoformed closures are further provided.

Test tube capping and de-capping apparatus

An apparatus for automated capping and de-capping of test tubes having an ejector pin system for individualized cap ejection.

METHOD FOR SECURING A STOPPER ON A CONTAINER, SECURING STATION FOR SECURING A CONTAINER CLOSED BY A STOPPER
20240351842 · 2024-10-24 · ·

A method for securing a stopper on a container using a closure cover with the aid of a securing station, in which, during the securing, carries out measurements of quantities, in particular movement quantities, about an axis in order to assess the securing operation, and the detected measured values are assessed in order to detect insufficiently secured containers.

Clamping device and clamping method

A clamping device is applied to a cover of a container and comprises a first gear plate having a first rail hole, a second gear plate having a second rail hole, a guiding plate configured between the first gear plate and the second gear plate and having a guiding slot, a first motor, a second motor and a clamp assembly. The first motor is configured to drive the first gear plate to rotate. The second motor is configured to drive the second gear plate to rotate. The clamp component of the clamp assembly is disposed in the first rail hole, the second rail hole and the guiding slot and configured to contact the cover. The first motor and the second motor drive the first gear plate and the second gear plate to rotate in opposite directions and drive the clamp component to move inwardly for clamping the cover.
