Flexible containers for dispensing products such as medicines with slider thereon
10610449 · 2020-04-07 · ·

The present invention is a plurality of flexibly connected pouches forming a container having a sliding track along the top edge. The pouches can hold pills, an amount of cannabis, gels, etc., that are sealed in the pouches. The track has two sections that removably attach to each other when pushed together. The track may have a notch located above a tear joint between each pouch. A unique slider has a plow that separates the two sections once the plow is pushed down into the slider. A wedge thereon separates the two sections of the track and thus opens the walls of the pouch. The slider when the plow is not pushed down can be moved along the track as desired. The pouches further can have a tear joint. Further, the pouches may be folded or rolled together and can be placed in a box for sale and storage.

APPARATUS FOR PACKING ULTRA-SMALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES
20200098614 · 2020-03-26 ·

An apparatus for placing ultra-small electronic devices into pockets on a carrier tape for packing has at least one holding element, a movement mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism further includes first and second positioning devices coupled to the conveying mechanism, wherein the second positioning device is mounted on the first positioning device. In use, the conveying mechanism conveys the carrier tape to move each pocket to a receiving position and the movement mechanism moves each holding element to place the electronic device into a respective pocket at the receiving position. The positioning mechanism adjusts a relative position between the electronic device and the respective pocket by adjusting the carrier tape, the first and second positioning devices being for coarse and fine positioning of the conveying mechanism respectively.

A method comprising; transferring a holding liquid into at least one pocket of a carrier tape, the at least one pocket comprising a recess within the carrier tape configured to receive an electronic component; placing an electronic component into the at least one pocket whereby the holding liquid acts to retain the electronic component within the pocket; and applying a sealing tape over the carrier tape to close the pocket with the electronic component therein.

Blister sheet and blister packaging machine

A blister sheet includes a container film including pockets receiving a content, and a cover film mounted to the container film to close the pockets. The container and the cover film are made of synthetic resins. The cover film is thinner than the container film. One pair of cuts formed for each pocket passes through the container and the cover film and extends to the pocket such that each pocket is placed between the cuts. The container and the cover film are broken from the one pair of cuts toward the pocket. A cutting slit or perforation is formed in the container film to allow for separation of the blister sheet into sheet pieces. The cutting slit or perforation is extended to intersect with the cut and a portion of the cutting slit or perforation that intersects with the cut passes through the container and the cover film.

PACKAGING MACHINE WITH SUCTION PLATE

A packaging machine comprising a machine frame, at least one work station attached to the machine frame, and a transport device with a transfer unit for feeding trays to the work station, wherein the transfer unit comprises a suction plate for transporting trays in a predetermined transport plane. The suction plate may comprises at least one reception mold which is formed at least in part having the shape of an inner contour of an upper opening region of a tray facing it, provided to the reception mold for reception and transport, so that the reception mold during transport in the transport plane of the tray is arranged in a positive-fit manner in its upper opening region and aligns the tray in the transport plane in a predetermined position on the suction plate. The invention also relates to a method for supplying trays to a work station of a packaging machine.

PACKAGING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PACKAGING
20200071011 · 2020-03-05 ·

A packaging system having a packaging machine and a feeding device for the packaging machine. Packaging elements for receiving products in a predetermined format can be supplied to the packaging machine for a packaging process running thereon. The packaging machine may comprise a machine frame, at least one work station attached to the machine frame; a transport device that comprises a grouping unit for receiving packaging elements supplied by the feeding device to the packaging machine; and/or a transfer unit for transporting packaging elements received thereon to the work station. The grouping unit and the transfer unit can be brought together by way of a relative motion so that the packaging elements positioned on the grouping unit can be received by way of the transfer unit. The transfer unit may be capable of gripping the packaging elements. A method for producing a packaging as described above is also provided.

INSPECTION DEVICE, PTP PACKAGING MACHINE AND PTP SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD

An inspection device includes: an irradiator that irradiates an object with near-infrared light; a spectroscope that disperses reflected light from the irradiated object; an imaging device that takes a spectroscopic image of the reflected light; a processor that: obtains spectral data of a plurality of points on the object, based on the spectroscopic image; defines a group of similar spectral data from among the spectral data of the plurality of points; extracts a group having a largest number of spectral data from the defined group; calculates an average of the spectral data of the extracted group; and detects a type of the object using a predetermined analysis of the object, based on the average.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING BLISTER PACKS FOR MEDICINAL PRODUCTS AND BLISTER PACK

The method for producing blister packs for medicinal products comprises the steps of forming blister pockets in a bottom film, wherein each blister pocket has an at least two-level shape with a first recess and a second, lower recess, filling the second recesses of the blister pockets with the medicinal products, placing a strip of active material in the first recess of each blister pocket above the medicinal product, wherein the strip of active material rests on at least one support surface of the first recess next to the second recess, sealing a lidding film to webs of the bottom film arranged around the blister pockets and simultaneously to the strips of active material, thus forming a sealed blister web, and stamping out individual blister packs from the blister web.

INSPECTION DEVICE, PTP PACKAGING MACHINE AND PTP SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD

An inspection device includes: an irradiator that irradiates an object with near-infrared light; a spectroscope that has a slit where reflected light enters and that disperses the reflected light into wavelength component lights; an imaging device that comprises an imaging element that takes a spectroscopic image of the wavelength component lights; and a processor that: obtains spectral data based on the spectroscopic image; and detects a type of the object using a predetermined analysis based on the spectral data. Each of the wavelength component lights is a single wavelength light, the inspection device satisfies L2P, where L is a width of each of the wavelength component lights in a wavelength dispersion direction on a light receiving surface of the imaging element and P is a width of a pixel in the wavelength dispersion direction on the light receiving surface.
