Strapping device

A strapping device includes a body, a tensioner, and a handle. The body can have a first body end, a second body end, and a base extending between the first body end and the second body end. The tensioner can be coupled with the body and adjacent to the base, the body defining a strap axis between tensioner and the base, the tensioner applies a force to a strap received by the body along the strap axis. The handle can extend between a first handle end coupled with the first body end and a second handle end coupled with the second body end. The handle can be oriented at an angle relative to a plane parallel to the strap axis, the angle greater than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 45 degrees.

Tool for mounting a tension clamp

A tension clamp (19) includes a band (20) surrounding an object to be fastened and a buckle (21) arranged on the inner band end portion (22) and surrounding the band (20), with the outer band end portion (23) extending through the buckle (21). A tool for mounting the tension clamp includes a holding device for holding the buckle (21) along with the band (20) surrounding the object to be fastened, a tensioning device for tensioning the band (20) round the object to be fastened by applying tension to the outer band end portion (23), a locking device (50) for locking the buckle (21) on the band (20), and a severing device for cutting off excessive band length. The locking device (50) has plier jaws (54) adapted to be inserted into lateral windows (25) of the buckle (21) for deforming side edge portions (24) of the other band end portion (23).

Strapping tool

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a strapping tool configured to tension metal strap around a load and, after tensioning, attach overlapping portions of the strap to one another by cutting notches into a seal element positioned around the overlapping portions of the strap and into the overlapping portions of the strap themselves.

A cable tie tensioning and severing tool includes: a cutting member, a pulling member with a pivotable pushing block abutting against the cutting member, a trigger with a stop block abutting against the pushing block, a pivotable pressing hammer, a turning knob, and an elastic member compressed between the pressing hammer and a spirally ramped end face of the turning knob such that the pressing hammer applies to the cutting member a pressing force whose magnitude can be adjusted by rotating the turning knob. The stop block can be driven by the trigger to push the pushing block, which in turn pulls a cable tie through the pulling member and, once the pressing force is overcome, pivots the cutting member to sever the cable tie.

Tie plier

A tie plier is disclosed, including: a first support fixedly connected with a first handle; a second support rotatably connected to the first support and fixedly connected with a second handle; a first elastic member for driving the first support and the second support to reset; a feed head fixedly connected to the first support and provided with a feed groove; a fastening component provided on the second support and on a same side as the feed head, and provided with a fastening groove; a cutting groove cylindrically provided on the feed head and communicated with the feed groove; and a cutting bit which is semi-cylindrically provided in the cutting groove and is rotatable in the cutting groove. The first support is provided with a rotating shaft for controlling rotation of the cutting bit and a second elastic member for driving the rotating shaft to re set.

Rebar tying machine

The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying machine. The rebar tying machine may include a feed motor, a current sensor configured to detect a current flowing through the feed motor, and a control unit configured to control an operation of the feed motor. The rebar tying machine may be configured to perform: a feeding-out process in which a wire is fed out around rebars by driving the feed motor, a gripping process in which a vicinity of a tip of the wire is gripped, a pulling-back process in which the wire is pulled back by driving the feed motor, a cutting process in which the wire is cut, and a twisting process in which the wire is twisted.
