Machine head for packing machine and packing machine
A strapping machine and head are provided including a mounting base, a sealing assembly including a cutter for cutting the strapping tape and a sealing element for welding a strapping tape. The sealing assembly, which is slidably disposed on the mounting base, includes a first, second, and a third clamping mechanism, for clamping the strapping tape. A belt feeding assembly including a first motor, a driving wheel and a guide block fixedly disposed on the mounting base. The driving wheel rotatably disposed on the mounting base and an arc-shaped belt feeding channel is formed between the driving wheel and the guide block. The first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and a driving assembly drives the sealing assembly close to or away from the driving wheel. A balanced tension is applied to a strapping tape through a strapping machine head to improve the strapping quality of the strapping machine.

BIB TIE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
A system is configured to automatically band a product with a portion of twist tie material and includes a tying machine which includes a twisting barrel, a tie payout assembly, a tie feeding assembly, a main drive belt, and a tying ring. The tie payout assembly includes a spool shaft configured for mounting a tie spool of the twist tie material. The tie feeding assembly is configured to receive the twist tie material from the tie payout assembly and includes a feedroller, a nip roller, a forward feedroll clutch, a reverse feedroll clutch, and a feedroll belt. The nip roller is configured to contact the feedroller with the twist tie material therebetween. The forward feedroll clutch is engageable with a forward feedroll pulley that surrounds a forward feedroll shaft. The reverse feedroll clutch is engageable with a reverse feedroll pulley that surrounds a reverse feedroll shaft.
Strapping apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a strapping head of a strapping device for strapping packaged goods with a strap. The strapping head includes an advancing apparatus and tensioning apparatus having at most three rollers for transferring an advancing motion, a retracting motion, and a tensioning motion to the strap. A least one of the wheels is operatively connected to a driving apparatus to cause the at least one of the wheels to rotate about a rotational axis for the advancing, retracting, and tensioning motions. The rollers can be brought in contact with the strap in pairs on both sides of the strap in different combinations with each other.

BINDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR TESTING THE STRENGTH OF A JOINT FORMED ON A CLOSED LOOP OF AN ELONGATED BINDING ELEMENT
A binding machine comprising a feeding and tensioning device (5) for feeding a binding element (3) in the form of a wire or strap around a space (4), and a joining device for forming a joint (8) between a first binding element section at the leading end of the binding element and a second binding element section at the trailing end of a piece of the binding element arranged in a loop in or around said space to thereby form a closed loop (11) of this piece of the binding element. The feeding and tensioning device is configured to exert a tensile force on the binding element in order to subject the joint to a tensile test. During this test, a gripping arrangement (30) is configured to keep the first binding element section secured in fixed position by engagement with a part (13) of the first binding element section located between the joint (8) and the leading end of the binding element.

Reinforcing bar binding machine
A reinforcing bar bending machine detachably mounts a wire reel thereto, feeds a wire from the mounted wire reel to a guide part provided at a tip portion of a binding machine main body, curls the wire at the guide part, feeds the wire around reinforcing bars to wind around reinforcing bars, cuts the wire with a wire cutting mechanism, and twists the wound wire to bind the reinforcing bars. The wire cutting mechanism is a cutter including a moveable blade configured to slide or swing to a fixed blade or to rotate inside the fixed blade and to cut the wire. The guide part is provided with a holding device to hold a cut end portion-side of the wire cut and separated in conjunction with a cutting operation of the moveable blade. The holding device bends and holds the cut end portion-side of the cut and separated wire.
