Pallet strapping device
The present invention is a pallet strapping device having a platform, a lower guiding strap portion, an upper guiding strap portion, a first frame portion, a second frame portion and a central guiding strap portion. By controlling a first guiding strap portion, a second guiding strap portion, and the central guiding strap portion that is moved to a retracted position, a first guiding strap circulation path can be formed. In addition, by controlling the first frame portion, the second frame portion and the central guiding strap portion that is moved to an extended position, a second guiding strap circulation path is formed. The present invention is capable of switching to different strapping paths corresponding to different pallets for strapping. Besides, it is quite convenient to conduct strapping tasks under the condition that the corresponding pallets is not needed to depart from the platform of the pallet strapping device.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit configured to feed two wires to be wound on an object to be bound, a wire guide configured to align the two wires in parallel, a binding unit having an engaging member in which the wires are to be engaged, and the binding unit configured to twist the wires which are wound on the object to be bound and which are engaged in the engaging member, a curl guide configured to curl the wires being fed by the wire feeding unit into a loop shape, an inductive guide configured to guide the wires curled by the curl guide toward the binding unit, and a parallel alignment regulation part configured to guide an alignment direction of the two wires to be engaged with the engaging member in a radial direction of the loop.
Pack for smoking products
A method is described for making a pack of smoking products having an ordered group of packets containing smoking products and positioned in contact with each other, wherein the group of packets has a closed lateral surface around a theoretical axis of the group of packets, which delimits two opposite surfaces of the group of packets, each of which surfaces is defined by the set of homologous surfaces of all the packets. The method includes unwinding from a reel at least one adhesive tape and applying it to the closed lateral surface and completely around the latter, to hold the packets of the group together solely by means of the at least one adhesive tape.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FLEXIBLE STRAPPING
Strapping goods with a strap is provided by using a strap guide frame to which the strap is fed to form a loop around the goods. The strap guide frame has an upper horizontal section which is formed by a horizontally displaceable and height-adjustable lance which can be displaced from a strapping position closing the strap guide frame into an opening position outside the strap guide frame. A strapping device having a strap guide frame operates reliably with an adjustable height of the displaceable upper horizontal portion of the strap guide frame. A first vertical section of the strap guide frame has a plurality of swivel segments arranged one above the other, and in that the lance is coupled to a vertically acting displacement drive configured to align the lance with one of the swivel segments prior to horizontal insertion into the strapping position.
Binding apparatus
A binding apparatus includes a pressure bonding mechanism in which pressure is applied by a pair of pressure bonding plates to a joining portion of a binding tape, which is an adhesive tape, to fasten it together by gripping and squeezing a pair of levers to rotate a pair of arms around a fulcrum. Thereby, any mixing of metal staples into an object to be bound as in a conventional binding apparatus is eliminated, and thus the quality of the object to be bound can be ensured. Further, the need for a strong grip strength like that when ejecting a staple is eliminated, and thus the burden on an operator can be reduced.

Stretch Film Dispenser For Orbital Pallet Wrappers
An orbital wrapping apparatus for wrapping a cargo in a stretch film comprises a base frame, a circular ring assembly mounted on the base frame and rotatable with respect to the base frame about an axis of rotation, a stretch film dispenser mounted on the circular ring assembly and rotatable with the circular ring assembly about the axis of rotation, and a cutting assembly mounted to the base frame and extending through an opening defined by the circular ring assembly. The stretch film dispenser has a roll of stretch film dispensing the stretch film by rotation of the circular ring assembly. The cutting assembly is adapted to cut and hold the stretch film.
Severing a cable tie with a rounded cut
A cable tie cutting apparatus comprises a housing and a nosepiece assembly coupled to the housing. The nosepiece assembly comprises an upper portion, and a side portion and a front portion orthogonal to and extending from the upper portion. The front portion comprises a receiving element configured to receive a tail portion of a cable tie through a slotted opening and a vertical rail protruding from the front portion. The tool further comprises the blade member having a curved cutting edge and a rear planar surface that defines a channel that mates with the vertical rail of the nosepiece assembly.
System and apparatus for strapping packaging articles or packaging materials, and methods of use
Apparatus, system and process useful for bundling packaging articles particularly in a stack thereof. The apparatus and system includes at least a first bundling apparatus and second bundling apparatus, wherein the relative linear displacement of the first bundling apparatus and the at least second bundling apparatus is variable, and which further includes a reconfigurable bridge between the first bundling apparatus and the second bundling apparatus. A process of utilizing the apparatus and system is also disclosed. Also disclosed is a bidirectional strap magazine which may be used with one or more of the bundling apparatus.
